6. 4myschool supply offer to small school teaching heads
Are you a teaching head? Are you in a small school (100 pupils or less?)
SPHA is delighted to announce that 4myschools is offering to provide supply, at no cost, to
fifteen small school teaching heads on the day of this year's Suffolk Primary Heads'
Conference, to enable those heads to join us (subject to location and teacher availability).
Please book early to avoid disappointment.
The 4myschools remit is to support teaching and learning through the provision of excellent
supply teachers and recruitment services for schools, whilst giving back their profit to the
community by supporting professional development to improve teaching and learning.
4myschools rely on referrals from schools and teachers already working with them to support
demand throughout the year. Please refer supply teachers working in your school to ensure
schools in your cluster benefit from a strong supply teacher pool (free days’ supply cover for
each referral who registers and works 10 days).
SPHA and 4myschools have been discussing the challenge particularly faced by teaching
heads in small schools, to take time out of school for professional development. We hope that
this goes some way to overcoming the barriers for some of you.
The first fifteen teaching heads in schools with 100 or less pupils to confirm that they would like
supply cover for the day of the conference, will be put in touch with 4myschools to discuss their
supply needs for the day.
Days will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
