Contained in this packet is information regarding the use of Aledo ISD Bearcat Stadium for Football Playoffs.
Highlights and photos of the stadium, a parking map, a local map, and information on local restaurants and hotels
are all included. Additionally, you will find the Aledo ISD Bearcat Stadium Facilities Use Agreement. The Reservation
Form is to be signed and returned to the Aledo ISD Stadium Manager.

Playoffs are an exciting time for your school and community. These times will be remembered
for the rest of your life.
Aledo I.S.D. would like to do our part in helping make these games as memorable as possible
by sharing our award-winning stadium with you.
Items of interest regarding Aledo I.S.D. Bearcat Stadium:

Stadium Seating
o 5,036 seats available on Home Side (includes 1,525 chair back, 648 bench back, and
2,300 bench only seats).
o 3,519 seats are available on the Visitor Side (includes 400 end zone bench seats).
o Playing Surface is Field Turf
o Press Box
 Three level
 Level 3 (P2) – coaches, radio, and film deck
 Level 2 (P1) – press and scouts
o Optional VIP room seats 12 (6 home/6 visitor)
 Level 1 (Mezzanine) – Optional outside area reserved for 12 VIP

Following is the criteria for reserving the Bearcat Stadium for Playoff Games:




Both teams must be 100% assured of their playoff match up game.
Both teams must give verbal notice to the stadium manager as soon as they agree to play at the
stadium.
Both teams must sign the Aledo Bearcat Stadium Facility Use Agreement Reservation Form and
return it, by fax, or email to the stadium manager as soon as possible.

RENTAL FEE:
$2,500.00 for 5A and 6A
$2,000.00 for 1A, 2A, and 3A and 4A
Plus 10% of gross gate with total not to exceed $5,000.00
VIDEO BOARD:
We have instant replay, which is offered at no extra cost. We include the following video on the board:
introduction of coaches and lineups, drum majors, and cheerleaders. The competing district furnishes cd, jpeg, or email
two days prior to game that includes the names and pictures of each of the above.
PARKING:
1) There will be a $5.00 vehicle parking charge retained by Aledo I.S.D. All 15 passenger
vans or motor homes will be charged $10.00.
OPTIONAL SERVICES: Please indicate choices.
1) Player name plates - $4.25 each.
2) Total of 12 VIP seats (each school); 6 outside on mezzanine level and 6 in press box
VIP room. Food and drink will be provided in press box for all VIP seating. - $200.00
per team.
(Seating can be rotated at any time during the game from the Mezzanine level
to the VIP press box.)
ALEDO ISD WILL PROVIDE:
1) Ticket personnel, gate keepers, clock operators, PA announcer, stadium manager, field preparations,
maintenance crew, parking attendants, lights, security, ambulance, clean-up crew, and concessions.
All concession revenues are retained by Aledo I.S.D.
2) Tickets for sale at the gate.
3) Dressing rooms for each team.
4) Ice and soft drinks for team.
5) The payment of all game expenses and provision of a final sales report within 30 working days
following the event.
6) Ten (10) VIP parking passes (each team). (12 extra VIP parking passes if you purchase the optional
VIP seating package.)
7) Twenty-five (25) sideline passes for coaches, managers, trainers, and any other support personnel.
(All team personnel must be in proper attire to enter press box and stadium floor area.)

8) Press Box passes: (2) team filmers; (2) band director and filmer; (2) drill team sponsor and filmer.
(Coaches with a sideline pass wearing coaching attire may get into the press box without a press box
pass.)
9) Press box personnel must be adult.
10) A trophy will be provided to the winner.

Secure all game officials and chain crew.
Game program and program sellers.
Provide Aledo I.S.D. with a copy of pre-game tickets sold and a ticket report.
Provide Aledo I.S.D. a copy of all passes to be honored and number of complimentary passes.
Sign and return Aledo. I.S.D. Stadium Facility Use Agreement.
Schools must provide a roster by Monday prior to game by fax at 817-441-5144 or email to the Stadium
Manager.
7) Each team supplies their own headsets.
8) Each team provides their own towels.
9) **Sideline and Field Cleanup: tobacco, sunflower seeds, gum, confetti or shells of any kind are strictly
prohibited. Failure to meet this regulation will result in the payment of the cost of turf cleaning at the
offending school’s expense. ** This is very expensive. Please see Stadium Regulations 4.c.

STADIUM REGULATIONS
1. DRESSING ROOMS
a. Dressing rooms will open 2 ½ hours prior to game time.
b. Aledo I.S.D. will NOT provide towels.
c. Aledo I.S.D. is not responsible for any articles left in the dressing room before, during, or after the game.
2. TICKET GATES
a. Gates will open 1 ½ hours prior to game time.
b. There are no in-and-out privileges; re-entry requires the purchase of a new ticket. This is an Aledo
I.S.D. rule.
c. Aledo I.S.D. Bearcat Stadium is a tobacco free facility and tobacco use is prohibited.
3. PRESS BOX
a. Admittance to the press box is by Press Box Pass only. There is one exception: Coaches with Sideline
Passes wearing proper coaching attire do not need Press Box Passes to enter press box.
b. Press Box Passes that have not previously been acquired from the stadium manager (John Branson)
must be picked up at the elevator entrance.
c. The press box will open 1 ½ hours prior to game time.
4. PLAYING FIELD
a. Team warm-up areas are as follows:
i. Home Team WEST end from 50 yard line to the end zone closest to the field house.
ii. Visiting Team EAST end from 50 yard line to end zone closet to the front gates.
b. All team personnel that are not in game uniform must have a Sideline Pass. This includes coaches,
trainers, student trainers, student managers, and any other support staff. Cheerleaders that are in
game uniforms do not need a pass, but any support staff not in uniform must have a Sideline Pass.
c. **Tobacco, sunflower seeds, gum, confetti, or shells of any kind is strictly prohibited. Signs are posted
on field and in the stadium. **failure to abide by this regulation will result in the cost of turf cleaning at
the offending school’s expense as per Aledo I.S.D. Bearcat Stadium Facility Use Agreement
d. Absolutely no glass bottles, cans, or food on the field. This includes cheerleaders and their support
groups.
e. All equipment such as training tables, fans, and heaters must have a protective base. Please make prior
arrangements with the stadium manager.
f. No live mascots are allowed.
g. No cannons or confetti will be allowed. All large mechanical noisemakers, i.e., large air horns, must be
on your own side and face your spectators. Noise makers of any kind are not allowed on the field or
inside the fence surrounding the field.
h. Band props must not mark or scar the field. This includes painted items as well as sharp wheels or other
equipment that may damage the artificial surface.
i. Only personnel with Sideline Passes can be on the field. Spectators are not allowed on the field before,
during, or after the games.
j. No Ice chests will be allowed in the stadium. Exceptions include the competing teams, bands, and drill
teams.

k. No paper banners or signs are allowed in the stadium, unless previously approved by stadium manager.
l. All “run-through” signs must be vinyl or cloth. Additionally, the paint must be permanent that does not
run when wet. DO NOT use painted paper.
5. STADIUM BLEACHERS
a. Absolutely no climbing or jumping over rails from the bleachers to the field.
b. Absolutely no crossover by spectators from home side of stadium to visitor side of stadium or vice-versa.
c. Spirit signs used in the bleachers must be made of vinyl or cloth with permanent paint that does not run
when wet. Signs must be tied to stadium railing. Taping of signs to any stadium structure will not be
permitted. No paper banners or signs or crepe paper allowed, unless previously approved by stadium
manager.

STADIUM RULES
1. NO LOITERING. This policy is designed to enhance crowd control and safety. All spectators will need to be seated I
the stadium during the course of any athletic event. This change will impact students and young children who have
traditionally gathered in areas around the stadium or under the bleachers. Younger students who are dropped off
without adult supervision will be required to sit in the general admission section throughout the entire game.
Student K through 4 should be accompanied by an adult.
2. NO OUTSIDE MUSIC/PA SYSTEMS ALLOWED IN THE STADIUM. Visitors must use the Aledo I.S.D. PA system.
3. ALCOHOL, TOBACCO, AND FIREARMS are prohibited, by law, on school property.
4. GLASS CONTAINERS AND BOTTLES are not allowed in the stadium.
5. INDIVIDUAL COOLERS, ICE CHESTS, LARGE FOOD OR BEVERAGE CONTAINERS are not allowed in the stadium.
6. BACK PACKS AND LARGE BAGS are subject to search.
7. NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK is allowed in the stadium, including bottled water.
8. NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK is allowed to be sold at our stadium including inside the gates or in the parking lots or
street.
9. PATRONS WHO LEAVE THE STADIUM will not be allowed to re-enter without paying. This includes patrons with
passes.
10. ANIMALS are not allowed in the stadium.
11. BICYCLES, SKATES, SKATEBOARDS, FRISBEES, ROLLERBLADES, AND BALLS OF ALL TYPES are not allowed in the
stadium.
12. AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL ONLY will be admitted onto the field before, during, or after the game.
13. AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL ONLY will be allowed to cross over to the opposing side.
14. PATRONS WITHOUT TICKETS must enter through the pass gate and show proper credentials.
15. PRESS BOX PASSES must be picked up at the elevator on the Home side.
While fun, enjoyment and school spirit are important, safety is our #1 concern here at Aledo I.S.D. These rules were
established with that in mind.
