CONCURRING LPRAP RESOLUTION NOS. 1, 4, 5, 6 & 7, S. 2014 OF THE LOCAL
GOVERNMENT UNIT OF GUINOBATAN, ALBAY FOR CALENDAR 2014.

WHEREAS,
the Local Poverty Reduction Action Plan (LPRAP) is the LGU’s plan
containing the programs and projects collectively drawn through a participatory process by the
LGU with CSOs and other stakeholders, and which will directly address the needs of the poor
constituencies and the marginalized sectors in the municipality;
WHEREAS,
the Local Poverty Reduction Action Team (LPRAT) has prepared the
needed projects for 2014 based on the Poverty Reduction Action Plan (PRAP) for allocation of
budget from the national government agency funds and other financial institutions, as follows:

Title
A Resolution Approving the replacement of Three (3) BUB 2014 Projects that
includes the “Nutrition Program”, the “Women and Family Welfare Program” and
the “Provision of Wheelchairs and other support services for PWDs” in the total
amount of One Million and Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP1,200,000.00)
with the corresponding amount be utilized for the “Construction of One (1)
Storey Building for youth, Women and PWD Office.
A Resolution to Change the Location of the Irrigation: Provision of Small
Diversion Dam – Mauraro and Doña Tomasa Project under the Department of
Agriculture (DA) Grassroots Participatory Budgeting Process (GPBP) 2014 Fund
in the amount of Four Hundred Thousand Pesos only (PhP400,000.00) from
Barangays Mauraro and Doña Tomasa to Barangay Doña Tomasa only.
A Resolution to Change the Post Harvest Facility (Barangay Food Terminals:
Lomacao, Muladbucad Pequeño and Ilawod Project under the Department of
Agriculture (DA) Grassroots Participatory Budgeting Process (GPBP) 2014 Fund
in the amount of Two Million Pesos Only (PhP2,000,000.00) into ‘Post Harvest

Facility (Municipal Food Terminal) in Barangay Ilawod.
A Resolution to Change the Food Processing Project under the Department of
Agriculture (DA) Grassroots Participatory Budgeting Process (GPBP) 2014 in
the amount of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (PhP150,000.00) into the
Artificial Insemination, Animal Health and Provision of Training on Livestock
Production Project (Municipal Wide).
A Resolution to Change the Location of the Model Coco Processing and CocoBased Faming Systems: Southwest ARC and Muladbucad ARC Project under
the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Grassroots Participatory Budgeting
Process (GPBP) 2014 Fund in the amount of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos
only (PhP500,000.00) from Southwest ARC and Muladbucad ARC to the new
location of Guinobatan Highlands ARC.
WHEREAS,
this august body deems the implementation of the LPRAP to be beneficial
and essential for the overall improvement of the quality of life of our constituency, thus, supports
the same in any way necessary;
WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing premises, be it now:
RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved by the Sangguniang Bayan of Guinobatan, Albay
in session assembled, to concur as it hereby concurs LPRAP Resolution Nos. 1, 4, 5, 6 & 7, S.
2014 of the Local Government Unit of Guinobatan, Albay for CY 2014.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that a copy of this resolution be furnished the Hon. Mayor Ann Y.
Ongjoco, and such other concerned offices or agencies, for their information and appropriate
action.
APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY, on motion of Honorable Councilor Ricky S. Matza and duly
seconded by the members present this 15th day of December, 2014 during their 46th Regular
Session.
