As principal consultant of Bell Design Technologies, Inc., Dr. Edith Bell provides over 20 years of
knowledge and expertise in performance improvement. Her work with clients spans areas such as
accounting, electronic commerce, finance, health care, human resource development, information
technology, insurance, management, operations, and process improvement. Edith also works in higher
learning designing courses, and teaching at undergraduate and graduate levels.
Her attention to detail and longstanding interest in organizing and documenting how and why things are
done led Edith to specialize in technical documentation, course and training design/development, and
content curation.
Edith works with clients to ensure they have well documented processes and procedures. She organizes
documentation into logical formats and categories that allow employees to do their jobs effectively,
efficiently, and correctly every time.
Edith has a passion for teaching and learning. Throughout her career, she has designed and developed
numerous learner-focused training modules and courses in professional and academic environments.
Edith’s interest in research led to her to content curation. She searches credible sources on the internet for
information on client-requested topics. The organized and annotated material becomes a customized and
vetted selection of the best and most relevant resources on the specified topic or theme.
