In total, Toni has worked in the financial and accounting arena for over 39 years, including 6 years for two Fortune 50 companies (PepsiCo Inc. and W.R. Grace). She holds an MBA from National University, and completed her undergraduate degree as a student athlete at Florida International University. Rob Cramer is responsible for overseeing QAD's Business Intelligence, Demand Management and Trade Management applications, has been a QAD vertical manager for electronics, industrial and consumer goods. He has extensive experience implementing supply chain systems and performing consulting/training work for companies such as Dow Chemical, GM Diesel, United Technologies, Eaton Yale and many more. Cramer holds a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Western Ontario. He is a Certified Fellow in Production and Inventory Management (CFPIM), Certified in Integrated Resource Management (CIRM) by Advancing Productivity Innovation and Competitive Success (APICS). Scott Dulecki has been helping companies better utilize QAD and Progress since 1994. He is a frequent and popular presenter at many regional QAD and Progress User Groups, as well as at QAD's annual Explore! conference. He is the author of Safe Haven: Archiving in MFG/PRO, Safe Haven: MFG/PRO Basics, and Back to Basics: Dump and Load.
