Pamela Lopker is responsible for shaping QAD's vision and strategic direction and
directing the company's global research and development efforts.
Lopker has long been recognized as leader and entrepreneur in advancing
manufacturing software. She has received many publishers' accolades, including "Hero
of U.S. Manufacturing" from Fortune and "Entrepreneur of the Year for the Greater Los
Angeles area" from Ernst & Young.
Lopker holds a B.A. in mathematics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

European operations and is currently overseeing the company’s QAD program.
Kheng has been delivering technical solutions for over 12 years and holds an MBA
from the University of California, Irvine and a B.S. in Management Information
Systems from the University of Arizona.

Toni Clubb is the CFO for Vitatech Nutritional Sciences, Inc., a global nutritional
supplement manufacturer in Tustin, California. For the last 20 years, Toni has been
directing all financial and treasury aspects for this company, as well as overseeing
the IT department. She was the Project Manager for the implementation of QAD in
2006, as well as the company’s upgrades in 2008, 2010 (Enterprise Edition) and 2013.
In total, Toni has worked in the financial and accounting arena for over 39 years,
including 6 years for two Fortune 50 companies (PepsiCo Inc. and W.R. Grace). She
holds an MBA from National University, and completed her undergraduate degree
as a student athlete at Florida International University.
Rob Cramer is responsible for overseeing QAD's Business Intelligence, Demand
Management and Trade Management applications, has been a QAD vertical
manager for electronics, industrial and consumer goods. He has extensive
experience implementing supply chain systems and performing consulting/training
work for companies such as Dow Chemical, GM Diesel, United Technologies, Eaton
Yale and many more.
Cramer holds a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Western Ontario. He is
a Certified Fellow in Production and Inventory Management (CFPIM), Certified in
Integrated Resource Management (CIRM) by Advancing Productivity Innovation
and Competitive Success (APICS).
Scott Dulecki has been helping companies better utilize QAD and Progress since
1994. He is a frequent and popular presenter at many regional QAD and Progress
User Groups, as well as at QAD's annual Explore! conference. He is the author of
Safe Haven: Archiving in MFG/PRO, Safe Haven: MFG/PRO Basics, and Back to
Basics: Dump and Load. He serves on the speaker committees of the Midwest and
South East QAD User Group boards. He founded and serves as President of the West
Michigan Progress Users Group, as well as being past President of the Michigan
Progress Users Group.
Scott received an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BA from the University
of Detroit. He has been recognized as Certified in Production and Inventory
Management by APICS, as a Distinguished Toastmaster by Toastmasters
International, and as “PEGger of the Year” by the Progress Email Group (PEG), and is
also an avid CRPG player.

Kate Fenello is Product Manager for QAD’s Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
She has worked in the EAM industry for 25 years. Prior to becoming Product
Manager, she has served as Senior Manager of Support, Senior Professional Services
Consultant and as a Quality Engineer.
Kate holds a Bachelor in Business Management/Operations Research from Georgia
State University.

Kory Johnson is responsible for QAD’s Global Cloud solutions architecture team with
accountability including architecting our Cloud customer’s deployments with all
required components to ensure maximum system uptime and availability.
Johnson has been with QAD for over 9 years and has had multiple roles within our
QAD organization. Most recently he had the opportunity to build up our Cloud
Support operations from our very first Cloud customer to over 10K users worldwide.
Johnson has been delivering implementation and support services to large
customers in the ERP market for more than 19 years, with extensive expertise in
global enterprise implementations.
Johnson holds multiple A.S. degrees and a B.S. degree in Business Management and
Information Systems from the University of Phoenix.

Bill Keese is Senior Vice President of Research & Development (R&D) at QAD. He is a
member of the Strategic Steering Committee and is responsible for overall product
direction and overseeing the R&D organization and development process.
Keese has been employed with QAD for 13 years, holding various roles within the
R&D and product management organizations. Prior to joining QAD, he spent 15
years developing business applications specializing in financial, procurement and
material planning. Overall, he has 26 years of experience in the software industry.
Keese has a bachelor’s in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management
Information Systems from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.
Carter Lloyds is the Chief Marketing Officer for QAD. He is responsible for overseeing
Marketing and Sales Operations, Market Research, Marketing Communications,
Web Marketing, Customer Research, Analytics, Pricing and Events, particularly
developing initiatives that drive customer value. Prior to joining QAD, Lloyds spent 10
years consulting, teaching and researching business strategy.
Lloyds holds a B.S. in accounting and a Ph.D. in Business Strategy from the University
of Southern California.

Guido Van den Broeck leads QAD Product Strategies in the areas of manufacturing,
supply chain, quality control and cost accounting. He brings 18 years of experience
with QAD products and implementation services for industries supported by QAD
(Life Science, Industrial, Automotive, F&B and CPG). He is currently leading new
product developments in areas of packaged inventory data collection, item unit
serialization, quality & item attributes as well as cost accounting enhancements.
Guido has a Master degree in Engineering from KU Leuven, Belgium, and an MBA

Amy Vasquez, Senior Systems Architect, is one of Strategic’s premier pre-sales
consultants. She has over 20 years of QAD experience as a customer, an
implementation consultant and now as a pre-sales consultant. Her work in
performing QAD demonstrations and helping companies understand how QAD can
impact their organization has resulted in helping Strategic bring over 100 new
customers to QAD in just the past few years.

through Enhanced Capabilities
Tony J. Winter is responsible for driving the company's long-term technology,
architecture and product release strategies. Winter oversees a global Research &
Development team, manages all technical relationships with QAD global partners,
and innovates on QAD's key technology initiatives, including its mobile computing
and QAD Cloud. Winter has held several key roles in Global Services and QAD R&D,
including creating the Release Foundation Group and earning QAD's highest
technology honor, the Distinguished Engineer.
Winter has more than 15 years software R&D experience and holds a Bachelor of
Science degree in physics and computer science from Staffordshire University in the
United Kingdom.
