a summary of the operational landscape from the data collected in this questionnaire
and set the agenda for the priority of themes. Those Associations / Members
providing a response to this questionnaire will receive a copy of the full report prior to
the first webinar. All members will be invited to the webinar the target audience of
which is practitioners.
The benefits to the members from the results of the collected data are: to understand
the operational landscape and priorities amongst the local, regional and global

to help set internal improvement agendas.
