Duties and Responsibilities:

Inspection of electrical works given by QA/QC of GEN-CON.

Conducts inspection as per Application for Inspections (AFI) submitted by GENCON QA/QC Engineer.

Review's & studies the RFA drawings, Attachments in the IR submitted by
GENCON particularly the location and type of installation to be inspected.

Coordinates directly with the QA/QC Engineer of the GENCON any comments
during pre-inspection with regards to the type of installation to be rectified
accordingly to the specification.

Performs documentations needed by the owner for the reports.

Conducts site surveillances of the area of responsibilities assigned to ensure all
installation are being carried-out accordingly & complies with the specifications.

Prepares and issue a trouble report to GENCON to any installation that has been
carried-out not as per electrical specification and RFA drawings, and to enable the
GENCON to figure-out a necessary modification and rectification accordingly to
avoid issuance of NCR if needed.

Prepares and issue Non-Conformance Report (NCR) to GENCON responsible of the
area if construction neglected the issued trouble report and proceeded any
installation that violates deeply about the electrical specifications most likely the
Philippine Electrical Code.

Coordinating Site investigation
