EXEMPTIONS FROM Non-State FINAL EXAMS
Only seniors are eligible for exemptions from non-state final exams. In order for a senior
to be exempt from an exam, the exam itself must not be state-mandated, (EOC’s, MSL’s,
VoCats, etc.), and any student who seeks exemption from an exam must have attained an
“A” average in the class and must not have acquired more than three (3) absences during
the semester from the class in which the exemption is requested. Students who are absent
from school because they are exempt from an exam must still be considered absent and
will be counted absent.
NASH-ROCKY MOUNT PUBLIC SCHOOLS
CODE OF STUDENT BEHAVIOR (POLICY 4300 SERIES)
The Nash-Rocky Mount Public Schools Code of Student Behavior (Policy JCDA 4300
Series) provides a uniform standard of conduct for all public school students emphasizing
the maintenance of an atmosphere where orderly learning is possible and encouraged. It
defines behavioral rules, disciplinary procedures, and actions to be taken.
19
[Type text]
The Behavior Code is based on the premise that rules must be enforced fairly, firmly, and
consistently in a manner that is equitable and just, while complying with state mandates
and regulations. It recognizes that as students progress in school and advance in age and
maturity, they will assume greater responsibility for their actions. It recognizes that
differences in age and maturity require different types of disciplinary action. The process
of discipline is intended to be instructional and corrective.
The responsibility for school discipline is not the exclusive domain of the administrative
staff. All those involved – students, teachers, parents, and community members – should
work together in an atmosphere of respect, cooperation, and courtesy to ensure an
effective discipline program.
AFTER SCHOOL DETENTION
After-school detention is held on the school campus Monday through Thursday for one
hour (2:40 p. m. – 3:40 p. m.). Students may be assigned to after school detention for
minor offenses such as tardiness and failure to work in class. The student must serve
after-school detention within three days of the offense and will be expected to provide
his/her own transportation home. Students who are late will be required to serve an extra
day. Students that are disruptive during the detention time will be asked to leave and
referred to an administrator for further action. This may result in anything from an extra
day to out-of-school suspension. A student who is present in school but fails to show up
for after-school detention will be disciplined at the administrator’s discretion. Students
who repeatedly refuse to serve ASD subject themselves to out-of-school suspension.
AIDING AND ABETTING
No student will aid or abet in the violation of the rules established by Northern Nash
High School, the Nash-Rocky Mount Public Schools Board of Education, or the laws of
the State of North Carolina. This includes serving as a lookout for others who are
breaking the rules.
ATHLETICS
1)
2)
3)
Northern Nash High School is a member of the North Carolina High School
Athletic Association (NCHSAA) and therefore subscribes to the rules found
within the organization’s handbook. A copy of this handbook can be found in the
offices of the principal and athletic director.
Academic requirements: A student must have passed a minimum of 3 credits
during the previous semester in order to be eligible for competition.
Attendance: A player must have been in attendance for at least 85% of the
previous term at an approved high school or elementary school to be eligible for

participation. He/she may not participate in practice or a game if he/she is absent
from school on a given school day unless it is approved by the principal.
Physical Examination: Each player must receive a physical examination by a
physician each year prior to the beginning of practice.
Length of Eligibility: Upon entering grade 9, a student is eligible for competition
on high school athletic teams during the succeeding eight consecutive semesters,
provided such student does not reach his or her 19th birthday on or before
October 16th of the school year in question.
Any varsity/junior varsity athlete charged with a felony is ineligible to participate
in his/her sport until the charges are resolved. If the athlete is found guilty, he/she
is ineligible to participate for any athletic team for the remainder of that school
year. If the athlete is enrolled at Northern Nash High School the following school
year, his/her eligibility will be determined by the administration. The
administration will review the student’s discipline record, grades, and conduct
before making the decision.
Student behavior at athletic events is a critical factor which determines whether the fans
are attending the event to support the athletic teams or rather to simply draw attention to
themselves. Students must understand that they are representatives of Northern Nash
High School and that all school rules are in effect during both home and away contests.
To ensure that our athletic events remain a source of pride and fun for all involved,
students are expected to adhere to the following guidelines:
1- Students will not make obscene gestures or use vulgar language or otherwise
engage in inappropriate acts during the contest.
2- Students will not participate in cheers or other actions that are designed to
intimidate, harass, or embarrass game officials, opposing teams, cheerleaders,
or fans.
3- Students will not throw anything onto the playing field or do anything that
disrupts the normal flow of the game.
4- Students will leave the site of the contest, including the parking lot, within a
reasonable amount of time after the event has ended.

staggered kindergarten) must be present in the school for the school day or at a place
other than the school with the approval of the appropriate school official for the purpose
of attending an authorized school activity. Such activities may include field trips, athletic
contests, student conventions musical festivals, or any similarly-approved activity.
Except as noted above, a student must be present at least one-half of the school’s
instructional day in order to be recorded present for that day. If a student is not present,
then the student is absent.
General Statue 115C-378 states is part that no person shall encourage, entice, or
counsel any such student to be unlawfully absent from school.
If a student is “exempted from an exam” (applies to seniors only) and is not present in the
school for the school day or at a place other than the school with the approval of the
appropriate school official for the purpose of attending an authorized school activity, the
student is absent.
Nash-Rocky Mount Public Schools Board of Education Policy 4400 addresses the issue
of attendance, forfeiture of credit due to non-attendance, as well as what constitutes
excused and unexcused absences. “Skipping” is another word for an unexcused absence
and can be defined by the actions listed below: (It should be understood that “skipping”
school or class will be dealt with as a disciplinary offense.)
Leaving campus at anytime without permission: Students must check out of school at the
Check In/Check Out office. Once a student arrives on the campus of NNHS (either
by car or bus), he/she may not leave the school grounds without checking-out first.
Students not complying with this policy will have parking stickers revoked, plus any
22
[Type text]
other disciplinary action deemed appropriate will be administered. All of the following
will be considered unauthorized absences from school/class and will be dealt with
accordingly:
1- Not attending any assigned class or gathering during the school day. This
includes homeroom, assemblies, club meetings, pep rallies, etc.
2- Being absent from school without parents’ prior knowledge
3- Leaving class without permission or under false pretenses
4- Not reporting to class within the first 10 minutes without a note from a teacher
or administrator.
5- Being in another teacher’s class without the approval of the teacher of the
scheduled class.
Excused Absences:
The following shall constitute valid excuses for the temporary non-attendance of a child
at school, provided satisfactory evidence of the excuse is provided to Mrs. Marla
Tharrington within three days after the student returns to school. A receptacle is
provided in the main office for all written excuses. Also, a form is provided for each
student to sign and indicate the date which the note is turned in and the date of the
absence/s.
According to Nash-Rocky Mount Public Schools Board of Education Policy, excused
absences fall into the following categories:
1
2
3
4
5
6
7
Illness or injury which prevents the student from being physically able to
attend school.
Quarantine/Isolation of the student is ordered by the local health officer or by
the State Board of Health.
Death in the student’s immediate family (including, but not necessarily
limited to grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters).
Medical/Dental appointments which have been approved by the appropriate
school official prior to the absence.
Court/Administrative proceedings if the student is a party to the action or
under subpoena as a witness.
Religious observances whereby the tenets of a religion to which the student or
his/her parents adhere require or suggest the observance of a religious event,
not to exceed five days.
Educational Opportunity: An absence may be excused when it is demonstrated
that the purpose of the absence is to take advantage of a valid educational
opportunity, such as travel. Approval for such an absence must be gained
prior to the absence. Such trips normally would not include absences for the
following: hunting, fishing, visiting relatives, going to the beaches, shopping,
skiing, subsequent trips to the same area, attending athletic events, etc.
Because of the minimum length of the school day, no student shall be excused for outside
23
[Type text]
activities, such as music lessons, dancing lessons, etc.
If a student is absent for any reason, a written statement from the parent, guardian, or
other acceptable documentation of such absence shall be submitted to the principal upon
return to school. (The approval is subject to the discretion of the Principal) The absence
may be excused and the student permitted to make up all graded work missed. The
student must bring a written statement from a parent and submit it to the receptacle in the
main office to be given to Mrs. Marla Tharrington in order for the absence to be
considered excused. Class work may not be made up for unexcused absences, and the
student must receive a zero on all work missed.
.
BAND BOOSTERS
The Northern Nash High School Band Boosters is a group of parents who support the
total band program with their time, effort, energy, enthusiasm, and talents. Membership
is open to anyone who would like to join. While having a child in the band is not a
prerequisite, a love for the band and what it does for the school and community is.
BULLYING POLICY
Students, school system employees, volunteers and visitors are expected to behave in
a civil and respectful manner. The board expressly prohibits unlawful discrimination,
harassment and bullying. (Nash Rocky Mount Board Policy1710/4021/7230)
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT
Check-In
1- Any student arriving on campus after the tardy bell (7:30 a. m.), but before 7:37 a. m.,
must report directly to his/her First Period class. If it is after 7:37 a. m. when the
student arrives at school, he/she must report to the Check-in Office. Students who
have not checked into school or reported to class are not authorized to visit any other
parts of the school building/campus.
2- Students arriving to school late, no matter what period must check in with Ms. Todd
at the Check in/Check out office.
3- Students who persist in checking into school late risk the loss of parking privileges
and assignment into after-school detention. Continual abuse will result in out-ofschool suspension.
4- Students who ride the bus and consistently report late to class will be
24
[Type text]
referred to the administration for disciplinary action.
Check-Out
1- Any student needing to leave school during school hours must check out with
Ms. Todd through the Check-in/Check-out Office. It is the student’s responsibility
to use proper check out procedures. Students who fail to use the proper check out
procedures will be disciplined as if they skipped school.
2- A parent may give permission for a student to check out by coming to the school and
presenting a picture ID to the Check-in/Check-out receptionist. A student will not be
allowed to leave school with anyone other than a parent/guardian or an
individual who is listed on the student’s school demographic information. This
individual must come into the school building and present a picture ID to the Checkin – Check-out receptionist, Ms. Todd.
3- Parents may send a note with their student to check out which will be verified by a
School Official. A phone call will be made to confirm the authenticity of the note.
CHILL OUT
Students will be sent to Chill Out for the following non-administrative offenses and will
be assigned detentions by the Chill Out Coordinator.
Below is a list of actions that will be taken after each offense:

CLEAN AND SAFE ENVIRONMENT
Students are expected to take pride in their surroundings. Northern Nash High School
staff makes every effort to maintain a clean, safe, and orderly school environment and
must insist that all students comply with this reasonable expectation. Trashcans are
provided throughout the buildings and grounds and each of us is expected to use them
properly. Flower planters are not to be used as trash cans. Littering will not be condoned
by anyone associated with NNHS. Students who are found to be littering at any time or
place at NNHS subject themselves to such disciplinary action as deemed necessary and
appropriate by the School’s administration.
CLUBS
The administration charters all clubs at Northern Nash High School. If there is sufficient
interest, and a sponsor can be found, new clubs may be formed by contacting the
administration and applying for a charter. Students will register at the beginning of each
year for the clubs to which they wish to belong. Sponsors should submit club rolls to the
appropriate administrator. Students may not be members of more than two (2) of the

Students will comply with the directions/instructions of staff members at all times.
Failure to comply with the instructions of staff members will be viewed as
insubordination. Students who are willfully insubordinate may expect to be penalized at
the discretion of NNHS administration. This may result in penalties from after-school
detention to out-of-school suspension.
COUNSELING PROCEDURES
Each student, grades 9 – 12, will have an individual conference at least once a year with
his or her assigned counselor. Counselor appointments will be given by the counselor
during the regular school day. The counselor assignments are as follows:
9th-10th grade Gina Judkins
11th-12th grade A-J Kerri McClain
11th-12th grade K-V Olivia Holliday
Routine Visits to the Counseling Center:
1- Students may visit the counseling center before and after school and during their
lunch periods.
27
[Type text]
2- Students should not be sent to the counseling center during class to make
appointments, pick up applications, request schedule changes, etc. unless:
a.
they have an appointment slip signed by their counselor, or
b. the teacher receives a telephone call requesting that an individual student
be permitted to leave the classroom to meet with their counselor, or
c.
the student appears to be experiencing an emotional crisis.
Crisis Counseling Referrals
The following procedure needs to be followed in referring students who appear to be
experiencing an emotional crisis:
1- Determine which counselor is responsible for that individual student.
2- Telephone or visit with the appropriate counselor and express your concerns. Be
ready to provide background information. If a student expresses concerns regarding
harm to themselves or others, please make sure you contact the counseling
department immediately. Do not just send an email because the counselor may be out
of the office, or may not receive it immediately.
3- Provide the student with a hall pass or accompany the student to the counselor’s
office.
4- If the student’s own counselor is not on campus, ask the registrar to put you in
contact with another counselor.
According to the Nash-Rocky Mount Public Schools Board of education Policy, the
address and residence of each student must be verified by School. The School must
obtain and verify the legal residential street address (no post office box numbers) of each
student at the School. The verification of the address must be accompanied by at least
two of the documents listed below:
1. Property tax records which indicate the street address of the resident.
2. Copies of mortgage documents or copies of deeds to property which indicate the
street address of the property.
3. Copy of residential lease, showing street address.
4. Copy of current driver’s license, showing street address.
5. Copy of voter registration form, showing street address.
6. Copy of automobile registration, showing street address.
7. Affidavit by the school social worker, setting forth that the address and residence
have been verified by the school social worker, based on a personal visit by the
school social worker to the residence.
A student who withdraws transfers to another school must bring a parent to school and
28

complete a “Transfer-Withdrawal Slip.” The student must be cleared of all fees owed to
the School (textbooks, athletic equipment, media center materials, locks, ID cards, etc.).
The withdrawal or transfer must be cleared through the student’s counseling center, the
bookkeeper, and the principal or his designee.

POSITIVE BEHAVIOR & INTERVENTION SUPPORT
(PBIS)
Positive Behavior and Intervention Support (PBIS) is a systematic approach that
establishes and reinforces clear behavioral expectations. It is a team-based system,
involving the entire school staff, using a common approach to discipline that is proactive,
instructional and outcome-based. The PBIS team at Northern Nash High School
developed the following PBIS matrix for all staff members to enforce. Please carefully
study the matrix and become familiar with the behavioral expectations:
1. Be respectful.
2. Be responsible.
3. Be prepared.

DRESS CODE
Students are expected to be appropriately dressed at school at all times. Nash-Rocky
Mount Public Schools Board of Education Policy 4316 addresses school dress codes.
Students who are found to be inappropriately attired will be sent home to change clothes
or will be detained in Chill Out until someone brings proper attire.
Examples of prohibitive dress or appearance are listed below:
1- Shirts and shoes must be worn at school at all times. Pants must be pulled up neatly
around the waist and held up by a belt. Bedroom slippers are not considered
acceptable dress.
2- Net or see-through shirts, tank tops (males and females), sleeveless tops with wide
arm openings, spaghetti-strap tops, bare midriffs, or other revealing attire will not be
considered acceptable.
3- Hats, head scarves, headbands (either sex), or sunglasses are not to be worn in the
building and will be confiscated by staff and/or administration.
4- Attire which carries sexually suggestive, obscene, racially divisive symbols or
messages, gang related symbols, or otherwise offensive messages will not be
tolerated.
5- Messages, signs, or symbols which promote violence, alcoholic beverages, or drug
abuse will not be tolerated.
6- Any attire that tends to disrupt the teaching/learning process will not be tolerated.
7- Any attire that exposes any undergarments (ex. sagging pants) will not be worn.
Skirts, shorts, dresses, etc. must not be any higher than three (3) inches above the
knee.
8- Sleep wear (pajamas, night gowns, etc.) should not be worn to school.
9- Any item of clothing, such as chains, spiked wristbands, spiked collars, etc., which
may be used as a weapon, is prohibited.
*The administration of Northern Nash High School has the authority to exercise
discretion in matters pertaining to proper student attire. This includes attire that
disrupts good order and prohibits decorum in the classroom or the educational
process.
DRIVER EDUCATION
Nash-Rocky Mount Public Schools has contracted with Jordan Driving School to provide
driver education at no cost to the student. Students must be at least 14½ years old and
must be enrolled in a public or private school in this school district.
34
The driver education course consists of 30 classroom hours and 6 hours behind the wheel.
This class is taught immediately after the regular school day for 2 to 3 hours as
scheduled. Additional classes will be offered during the summer. The behind-the-wheel
instruction is scheduled individually between the hours of 3 p. m. and 9 p. m., Monday
through Saturday.
Upon successful completion of classroom and behind-the-wheel instruction, the student
will receive a driver education certificate. This certificate entitles him/her to take the test
for a learner’s permit at age 15. This permit entitles the student to drive with his/her
parents until age 16, at which time he/she may take the test for a driver’s license. If you
have any questions concerning driver education, please see Ms. Slade or contact Jordan
Driving School at (252) 442-7168.
NORTH CAROLINA
DRIVER ELIGIBILITY CERTIFICATE
Since August 1, 1998 North Carolina students under the age of 18 who are eligible for a
driving permit or license will need to have a signed N. C. Driving Eligibility Certificate
issued by the principal or the principal’s designee. The Division of Motor Vehicles will
not issue a driver’s permit or license without a Driving Eligibility Certificate.
Students who wish to obtain a Driving Eligibility Certificate need to bring the following
documents: (1) the statement showing Driver’s Education Completed and (2) your
certified birth certificate (we will not keep these documents).
The Driving Eligibility Certificate has to be signed by the principal or his designee and
expires 30 days from issue date. A parent/guardian signature is also required. Please
allow enough time for the school to handle your request. Students should request a
Driving Eligibility Certificate a day or two before planning to go to DMV. Most requests
can be handled on the day of the request if received any time before the beginning of
second period.
In order to receive a Driving Eligibility Certificate a student must be in school and
making adequate academic progress. A student must pass 70% of classes or a semester
average (3 out of 4 courses) each semester in order to meet the academic requirement.
Academic progress will be based on the semester average on the report card.
However, a student who does not pass the required number of courses but who
successfully completes a Credit Recovery program for the course(s) he/she is taking
before his/her driving privileges are suspended, may provide that information during the
appeals process. Students who complete credit recovery, making them eligible to drive,
35
may apply for a new DEC (Driving Eligibility Certificate) at Northern Nash when the
course(s) have been completed successfully. Students who do not meet the criteria will
be reported to the Division of Motor Vehicles and will have their permits or licenses
revoked. In order to have driving privileges reinstated, the student must make adequate
progress on a subsequent semester average.
In addition, the following financial responsibilities apply in order to have driving
privileges reinstated by the North Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles:



Reinstatement Fee - $50.00
Duplicate Driver’s License - $10.00
Penalty for failure to relinquish license upon notice of suspension by
NCDMV - $50
CELL PHONES/ELECTRONIC DEVICES
Cell phones and other electronic devices should not be audible nor visible during
instructional time (unless teacher authorized). Electronic devices and cell phones may be
used in the morning prior to class time and at lunch time in the cafeteria. When the
phone/electronic device is visible between classes, staff will instruct students to put the
device away. The administration reserves the right to determine what constitutes an
“electronic device”.
To ensure the safety and privacy of all, inappropriate use of electronic devices will
result in disciplinary action at the discretion of the Administrative Team.
FELONY CHARGES
If a student is charged with a felony by law enforcement, either in school or outside of
school, and is considered by school authorities to be a threat to the health, safety, and
welfare of our students and staff, it will be recommended to the Superintendent that
he/she be suspended from school for the remainder of the school year.
FIRE AND EMERGENCY EQUIPMENT
.
Tampering with, damaging, and/or activating fire and emergency equipment is forbidden.
Offenders are subject to immediate suspension and legal prosecution.
FIRE AND TORNADO DRILLS
Fire drills will be scheduled randomly each month throughout the school year. Routes
for the nearest fire exits are posted in each room. It is the responsibility of all students
and teachers to familiarize themselves with these exits.
36
Students should not go to the bathroom, get a drink of water, or otherwise linger in the
building, during a fire drill. They should remain with their class at all times and exit and
re-enter the building in an
orderly manner when the signal is given.
Tornado drills are also scheduled randomly throughout the school year. Teachers will
review the tornado plan with each of their classes. Students should follow the teacher’s
instructions at all times.
Fire and tornado drills are taken very seriously by the staff and administration, as they are
an integral part of our Safe Schools Plan. Any attempt by any student to circumvent the
rules of the drills or to compromise the safety of any individual will be dealt with by
administration as a disciplinary matter.
FOOD AND DRINKS OUTSIDE OF CAFETERIA
All food or drinks must be consumed in the cafeteria. Students should not eat or drink in
the halls or in other unauthorized areas Food and/or drinks should be kept out of the gym
altogether. Students are expected to take pride in their surroundings and refrain from
littering in any way either in the cafeteria or outdoors. Teachers should discourage
students from bringing food items and beverages into the classroom.
FORGERY AND FRAUD
Signing someone else’s name or impersonating another person for the purpose of
falsifying school-related information will not be tolerated. Infractions will result in
disciplinary action at the discretion of the School’s administration.
GAMBLING
Students shall not participate in any unauthorized event, action, or statement which relies
on chance for the monetary advantage of one participant at the expense of others.
This includes exchanging items of value as well as currency and extends to keeping score
for later settlement. Students who are found to be involved in such gambling activity
subject themselves to disciplinary action.
GIFT DELIVERIES
Deliveries of flowers, balloons, gifts, messages, etc. from outside the School are
prohibited. Flowers and balloons should not be exchanged between students during the
school day. Due to safety reasons, balloons cannot be carried onto a school bus for any
reason. Nothing may be transported on the school bus except those items which are used
specifically for classroom use as a part of the learning process.
37
HALL PASSES
A student must have a hall pass to be out of class. The hall pass must be properly
signed by the teacher issuing the pass, as well as by the one receiving it. All passes
must contain the date and time the pass was issued. Students possessing unauthorized
hall passes or admit slips will be subject to disciplinary action by the administration.
IDENTIFICATION CARDS
New students will be issued identification cards at the beginning of the school year or
upon enrollment for transfer students. If a student loses his/ her ID badge, he/she will be
required to purchase a new ID badge for $5.00. If asked by a staff member, the student
should be able to produce the identification card at any time. Students who are found to
be without their identification badges upon request will be penalized at the discretion of
the administration.
IDENTIFICATION OF SELF TO STAFF MEMBER
Students shall immediately identify themselves accurately to any NNHS staff member
who requests such identification. Students who refuse to identify themselves or who use
inaccurate identification may be suspended from school for up to ten days.
INTERROGATION
If the interrogation of a student indicates that the completion of the interrogation should
be carried out by a police officer or other law enforcement officer, the administration
shall make a reasonable attempt to notify the parents (except in cases of suspected child
abuse or neglect by the parent) and give them an opportunity to be present at the time of
questioning.
JUNIOR-SENIOR PROM
1- All juniors and seniors attending the Junior-Senior Prom and all freshmen and
sophomores invited to the Prom must have paid their class dues and all other fees
owed to NNHS by December 17, 2013. REMINDER: ANY FEES PAID AFTER
DECEMBER 13, 2012 WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $25.00 LATE FEE.
2- Any person invited to attend the prom who is not a Northern Nash student must
submit a letter of approval from his/her home school principal. If the invitee no
38
longer attends school, he/she must submit a letter of reference from his/her employer.

All approval forms are due two weeks prior to the Prom. All letters of
approval must be written on school/business stationery. Any prom guest
must be at least in the ninth grade. Any one invited over the age of 21
must be pre-approved by the principal.

NATIONAL HONOR SOCIETY SELECTION PROCESS
1- Juniors will first be identified by a grade point average of 3.63 or above after five
semesters to meet the scholarship criteria for membership. Students will then be
41
given the National Honor Society rules and procedures.
2. Membership is based on an applicant’s character, including integrity, honesty, and
reliability. The grade point average alone does not qualify a student for membership
into the National Honor Society.
NATIONAL TECHNICAL HONOR SOCIETY
The Nash-Rocky Mount Public Schools affiliates with the National Technical Honor
Society. In order to be eligible for membership, a student must have an overall GPA of
85 and must have completed, or currently be enrolled in, the 5th vocational course taken.
Induction takes place during the early part of the second semester of each school year.

the problem. In addition, parents will receive a phone message when their child misses
one or more classes during the day.

vehicle. Parking permits are designed so that they may be easily removed from
the windshield of one vehicle and transferred to another.

referred to the Chill Out Coordinator and consequently, may lose parking
privileges. All students must stay out of the parking lot at inappropriate times.
Students are not to drive or ride on campus and then leave before the first bell
rings. Once a student drives or rides onto the campus, he/she is under school
jurisdiction. Driving privileges will be revoked by the school if the student leaves
the school grounds without permission from the school. Students known to be
leaving school without proper authorization are considered “skipping” and will
receive appropriate consequences. In addition, the parking privileges of each
student in the car who has a parking permit will be revoked.
Cars should be locked to prevent theft and vandalism. The school is not
responsible for lost or damaged items.

student should park in the Pit and immediately inform an administrator or the
School Resource Officer. Under no circumstances should the student park in
another student’s assigned space or park behind the vehicle in violation.

school personnel.
