HELP
Globecome14 is seeking out volunteers for helping,
leadership and experience in different areas. Below is
a list of available functional areas:

Creative Service support for backdrops, banners, posters, digital display, etc.
Collection & integration of content: Hotel, City, program, schedule, videos, photos, etc.
Update to: Website, Mobile app, social media, community – content Update
Promotion: Media, email, direct mail, printed material, social media
Registration support.
Coordination & Support with keynote speakers, session chairs, speakers and exhibits
Room Monitors & Tracking – scanning attendees to sessions
Schedule tracking (session/speakers/location)
Change notification and announcements
Public Relations: Communications message platform, press releases, invitation to Gov.
Officials, Invitation to media, briefing interviews
