2.0 Phase: Requirements
Phase 2 consists of research history, customer needs, and industry standards.

3.0 Phase: Design
Phase 3 consists of designing the service, including both how the service works behind the scenes and
how customers interact with the service (e.g. user interface).

3.6 Identify cost drivers and estimate build, test, and deploy phases
3.7 Revise the Project Budget with cost driver information
3.8 Engage the Controller’s Office to begin process of determining service rate

7.0 Phase: Lifecycle Management
Phase 7 consists of maintaining the service and keeping it up-to-date with the latest technology and
customer feedback.

7.1 Immediately following deployment, conduct lessons learned meeting and complete the Lessons

7.4 Ensure customer and stakeholder communication and involvement in any changes to the service
7.5 Implement changes as approved by customers and key stakeholders

7.8 Review account activity and retire unused accounts as needed
7.9 Review usage and service adoption
