Confianza (English: trust) is a native Latin American form of mutual reciprocity. In the context of interpersonal
relationships, its presence indicates that both parties recognize a mutual duty to honour
their relationship by extending specially favourable treatment.
At Confianza we understands the importance of every guest of honour and host pays for a perfect event. It is
this critical understanding that the first opportunity is the only opportunity and undoing is not in the best
interest of the client, that every event is aimed to be the perfect one.

The Unconference Format
Attendees will learn, share and exchange ideas dynamically. Complex problems can be explored, relationships built and new collaborations gained.
Attendees will create the agenda so that all the discussions become relevant and engaging. The session topics are dynamic and decided at the event
when participants propose topics they want to discuss and sign up for topics proposed by others.

CONFIANZA TO PROVIDE:
Concept
Confianza in consultation and cooperation with the client is responsible for conceptualisation of the format, agenda and
content, including:
• Researching the theme and focus of the event (“Connecting Minds, Creating the Future”).
• Acquiring national and international speakers using our network.
• Utilising our current list of government contacts, media partner and associations to scale up the event.
• Selecting dates for the event based on market requirements. (Exam times, Indian holidays, competitor events)
• Selecting the ideal venue and suppliers.
Attendee’s acquisition:
Confianza in consultation and cooperation with the client is in charge of screening and inviting investors and start ups to the event. The prime
focus of the acquisition team will be to develop a comprehensive plan including, but not limited to:
• Short list Indian start ups and investors as well as key industry leaders who add value to the events goal.
• Use a partner organisation with existing all Indian college/ student network to attract top talent for presenting start up ideas and more
Marketing:
Confianza is in charge of conceptualisation and execution of a comprehensive marcom plans including:
• Establishing partnerships with international and national media.
• Where possible barter advertising campaigns through print advertising, online advertising, TV advertising and online marketing campaigns, to
be sent to Confianza’s media database.
• Writing newsworthy press releases to publish articles in newspapers and magazines.
• Inviting media to attend the event.
• Organising press conferences at the event if needed.
• Gathering press clippings and compiling post event reports after the event.
Branding:
Confianza is responsible for conceptualisation and execution of the visual identity of the event. The concept, designs and focus are defined and
executed by our in-house branding team based on the theme of the event, including:
• Logo creation or usage of an existing brand
• Templates for the event literature for all stakeholders
• Providing digital professional artwork to the printer
• Official event website
• Branding and signage throughout the event, including banners, roll ups, screens, badges, etc.

Operations:
Confianza is in charge of the event management – a dedicated in-house team establishes a comprehensive operations execution plan including:
• Sourcing the ideal venue for hosting the event.
• Collaborating with the venue regarding setup details.
• Pre-event operations and logistics preparations (i.e. layout of talk show rooms, networking lounge arrangements, expo area)
• Executing exhibition logistics (exhibition layout, allocation of space according to requirements etc.)
• Onsite registration of invited VIPs / Partners/ Start ups/ General visitors.
• Sending welcome letters and welcome packs to registered clients.
• Updating the internal client database.
• Answering client queries.
• Sourcing service providers for the summit and managing them.
• Onsite management of the event including last minute changes, client relationships, on site registration, venue management, conférence
management.
• A forecasted direct cost budget that will be approved by the client. The client will approve this budget and Confianza will manage its
execution.
• Monthly updates on budget.
• A complete digital archive of all invoices, contracts for direct costs.
Project management:
A senior management director leads the project and is the point of contact for internal and external communications between Confianza and the
client. This person will work closely with all departments at Confianza.

and initiate fund raising through this event.
Some Green Initiatives for the event:
• Keep hand-out materials to a minimum and print copies on a double-sided format.
• Encourage speakers to collect business cards so that presentation materials may be e-mailed during or after the event.
• Utilize paper with a recycled content of 20 percent or higher for any printed event materials and handouts.
• Collect any plastic name badge holders at the end of your event for reuse or recycling.
• Request that exhibitors have give-a-ways that are reusable or are made from recycled materials.
• Discourage exhibitors from bringing large quantities of collateral, which often ends up as waste at the end of the show.
• Suggest that exhibitors avoid printing dates or slogans on exhibit materials so that they may be more easily reused.
• Recognize exhibitors, vendors or other participants in event program and post event materials who contribute to “green” initiatives during event.
• Utilize on-site paper recycling containers, located in our entry atrium, registration area and in the meeting and dining areas.
• Send pre and post-event correspondence for your event electronically rather than using paper methods & More.
