What is Centricity LIVE?
Centricity LIVE 2015 is GE Healthcare’s premier IT education conference, offering thought
leadership, best practice sharing, interactive demos, Continuing Education Credits (CEs) and more.
Enjoy the attractions of beautiful Orlando, from the sunshine and amusement park rides to shopping,
dining, and night life.
More than 1,500 professionals are expected to take part in the 2015 conference—including
Centricity customers, partners and thought leaders. This year’s inspiration keynote speakers include
surgeon, author and public health researcher Atul Gawande; rock singer-songwriter, guitarist and
environmental activist Melissa Etheridge; and award-winning actor, presenter, director, producer,

The destination offers convenient travel options for attendees, including a major airport.
The hotel property has great meeting and event space, allowing for an engaging experience—and all

May I bring a spouse or guest to the program?
You may bring a spouse or guest to Orlando with you to enjoy all that the city has to offer; however,
we do not allow spouses and guests at the User Conference.
Can attendees receive CE credits for the User Conference?
Yes, continuing education credits will be offered for nurses and technologists. In 2014, we had 35%
more CEs available over the previous year. Additional continuing education credit opportunities are
being evaluated and may become available. The number of possible credits and sessions offering
credits are based on agenda and CE submission approval. Please refer to the session

Is technical training being offered this year?
NEW! Hands-on training is available. GE Healthcare offers product and clinical education. Courses
will take place on April 29, 2015 throughout the day. From intensive technical and clinical product
training, Centricity IT Solutions training, to our extensive continuing education opportunities, we can
help you meet your training needs.


Are group rates available for organizations that want to send multiple attendees?
Yes, every group that registers three or more people will receive a $100 discount that will be applied
to all who purchased the group package. All people need to be from the same organization. To
receive this discount one person from your organization must complete the online registration
process and purchase a Group Package. Each individual will be sent a registration code. Each
individual will then be required to register using that code. Remember, during the online registration
process, this code must be entered for each company registration in order to receive the
discounted registration. Once a person has registered, a volume discount adjustment may
not be applied. The volume code must be entered at the time of initial registration. If you have any

Can I transfer a registration from one attendee to another?
Yes. Please refer to the registration guidelines when registration opens.

The hotel room block for Centricity LIVE is now closed. The Walt Disney World Dolphin/ Swan is
sold out of rooms in our room block.
If you need to reserve a hotel room please call Beatty Group Travel at 503-644-3340 and a
Travel Agent will assist you with locating a nearby hotel.

Is transportation provided to and from the airport and hotel?
No, transportation is not provided. We recommend the following
MEARS transportation is the shuttle service that the hotel recommends. Mears is typically more
economical than taking a cab depending on how many people are traveling. The number to make a
reservation is (407) 423-5566. You will have to call them with your flight information and they will
provide you with information on where to meet.

to change.

The 2015 Centricity Live call for speakers is now through November 30th. If you’d like to present at
the future Centricity LIVE events, please contact amanda.young@ge.com.
Which products will be showcased at the conference?
All GE Healthcare IT products will be showcased, and additional selected GE Healthcare products
and services will be represented.
What is the Collaboration Zone?
The Collaboration Zone is an opportunity for attendees, GE Healthcare staff, and trusted GE
Healthcare partners to engage with emerging leaders, technologies, and healthcare trends across
our industry. Healthcare partners will be showcasing solutions that can enhance your GE Healthcare
products.
The Collaboration Zone brings together trends, innovations, and concerns within the healthcare
industry and encourages communication and collaboration among attendees and exhibitors.
