EUT 123: GROUP ASSIGNMENT The roles of communication in business / organisation: You are required to interview the Manager/executive and investigate the functions of communication in the organisation. The investigation should assist you to discover the contribution made by the said department in increasing the sales for the organisation as well as projecting good image and reputation. This project should be based on the context of communication roles in business. Questions to be asked The profile of the company/organization To what extent communication in organization contribute to the company’s performance What are the channels of communication being used in the company How frequent the manager/executive use communication as part and partial of organization behavior What are the challenges of implementing communication in organization.
