Documentation & Training Creation – Created and conducted classroom training for new and existing
employees. Training and Documentation ranged from technical training to end user introduction, corporate policies
and procedures to state mandated internal controls. Also created documentation to be referenced and used by coworkers, other inner-company employees and management. Documentation ranged from proprietary internal
controls, technical documentation to installation, configuration, and repair of software and hardware.

(Consulting) Business Owner - I have owned and operated my own consulting business since 2005. This
business was started in the beginning of my IT career and has continued to supplement my IT skills and
knowledge over the years. I am the sole employee of this business and I manage everything from Customer
Interaction to the financial obligations and tax time. Over the years my main focus has been to assist the
consumer and small business markets in my local area. I find these are two areas where quality IT assistance is
often difficult to find or out of budget for this group of consumers. This business has not made me rich, but has
allowed me to widen my business skills outside of just the technology. This experience has also allowed me to
help a lot of small businesses & consumers in my community.
