1. Introduction
Dissemination toolkit: Based on the overall communication concept USAAR will develop a number of
templates to be used for presentations, reports, posters as well as for meeting and internal documents
in a Dissemination Toolkit (D8.1). This toolkit and all communication materials will be made available
to the whole consortium, which will allow project partners to easily access and use the material for all
future project-related communication and dissemination.
2. Description of Activities
Templates set in Word and Power point formats was created to be used within the project.
3. Results
Templates set includes:
Word template for the Word documents related to the RELEVANCE project.
Word template for Deliverables within the project
Power point template for ppt presentations of the project participants
Power point template for posters
Common elements for all templates are the following elements:

All templates are available for downloading on-line at the web-page of the consortium
They will be used for reporting throughout the project, for education and dissemination starting from
the kick off meeting.
4. Conclusion
The dissemination toolkit will provide visibility and identity for the activities within the RELEVANCE
project and for the presentation of the achievement to public.
