Implement Nokia sales incentives, promotions and marketing campaigns as required . Develop understanding of top performing stores within territory . Proactively develop and implement store/channel based incentives 2. Field Execution . Achieve individual sales KPIs . Develop and maintain effective business relationships with retail staff, store managers and store owners . Deliver excellence in store using Nokia call structure and field focuses to ensure consistent message . Comply with Nokia and CFM policies and procedures . Maximize Nokia exposure in store through negotiating and implementing visual merchandising displays . Provide up to date market intelligence on aspects of the business that may impact Nokia . Act as central escalation point between Nokia and channels to assist in issue resolution . Manage store visits to maximize time efficiency and maintain contact frequency with customers within territory . Participate in Nokia incentives and promotions from time to time . Deliver timely and accurate reporting . Demonstrate Nokia values of achieving together, engaging you, very human and passion for innovation 3. Training and Development . Coordinate and present training sessions to larger groups within formal training environment, using an interactive approach . Audiences Include: Retail Corporate & SMB. Deliver product and services training in store using Nokia training format . Generate excitement for Nokia launches, campaigns and incentives amongst store staff to drive store support . Represent Nokia at partner roadshows and events . Participate in Nokia/CFM conferences to facilitate ongoing training and development of skills Key Challenges/Opportunities . Solid experience within a sales environment with a proven ability to influence customers & achieve sales targets . Excellent communication skills both verbal and written . Previous experience in training individuals and groups
