SUPERVISION LOG – Please note: A minimum of 1.5 hours of supervision per month and delivered not less that monthly - It is recommended that group supervision should be in small groups of no more than 4 learners, from which learners may only count a half of the total group time towards their
supervision hours. Groups larger than 4 would only entitle learners to count the group time divided by the number in the group, e.g. 60 minutes supervision in a group
of 6 learner’s, account for only 10 minutes towards their supervision hours. Requirements for supervision are: 1 hour of supervision for every 8 hours of clients work.
