per day. (Raw Ilmenite is soaked in sulfuric acid and then Titanium sulfate obtained is
gone through hydrolysis and dried to make Titanium dioxide)

product is three wheeler rickshaws. KAL also manufacture sophisticated components to
be used in space programs of I.S.R.O (Indian Space Research Organisation).
Academic Project:
 “Multi-Utility Air Cooler”: An air cooler, water cooler and a water heater working in a
same vapor compression cycle. These three systems require a single compressor. Hence
we can say the energy loss of an air cooler is made useful as a water heater. So the
equipment becomes more energy efficient. It can be used as an air cooler in offices. My
project was the best project of our batch and I scored an A+ grade for project
presentation.
Academic Seminar:
 “Camless Engines”: Conventional camshaft mechanism is replaced by electronic valve
actuators. Considerable change in engine efficiency and performance is obtained then.
Scored an excellent grade in seminar presentation and the report prepared on it.
