October BOD Meeting: Motions Approved
The Board approved the following motions:
 The appointment of Keith Connolly as the 2016 Audit
Committee Chair.
 APICS SCC Board resolution to:
– Amend the APICS SCC Bylaws
– Create an APICS SCC Board operating procedures
– Create an APICS SCC committee handbook and
– Provide notice of an action for October 2015, for the
APICS Board to approve the APICS SCC Board resolution
