Schindewolf Clinic

The Schindewolf clinic strives to promote
good student health, attend to school related
injuries and sudden illnesses. The clinic also
functions to help prevent & control disease
and to educate students, parents & others
concerning health related matters.

BROUGHT TO THE CLINIC BY PARENT OR
GUARDIAN:

ANY medicine you get from the doctor or the doctor writes a
prescription
– Non-prescription medicines (Advil, Tylenol, etc):
Must be provided by parent/guardian

– Dated note from parent
– May give for 2 weeks without an MD order
