Odetoye Mukaila qualified in 2000 as an Associate
of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
He holds HND in Accountancy from The
Polytechnic Ibadan and has worked both in the
private and public sector for a total period spanning
over a decade. He had his early training with Aloba
Awomolo & Co. a firm of Chartered Accountants
where he rose to the position of Audit Manager
within two and a half years. He later joined Adebola
Sobanjo & Co. (Chartered Accountants) as Audit
Manager. He has been the engagement consultant
for many assignment over the years ranging from

Laide Osunkoya qualified in 1994 as a Chartered
Accountant. He is a Fellow of the Institute of
Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He had B.Sc
(Hons) 2nd class Upper division from Ogun State
University (now Olabisi Onabanjo University) AgoIwoye in 1992 and Masters in Business
Administration (MBA) from the University of Nigeria
Nsukka in 1996. He started his work career with
SGE Nigeria Ltd as Accountant from February 1993
to March 1997. He later moved to Standard Trust
bank (now United Bank for Africa) where he worked
till year 2000 before again joining Fortune Bank as

Tele qualified in 1995 as a Chartered Accountant. He is
a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of
Nigeria, fellow of both the Chartered Institute of
Taxation of Nigeria and Certified Pension Institute of
Nigeria. He holds Master Degree in Corporate
Governance from Leeds Metropolitan University, UK.
He has experience in both public and private sectors of
the economy. He had his basic degree in Accounting.
He started his career with Spintex Mills Nigeria Limited
as Assistant Manager – Audit. He later moved to BDO
Balogun Badejo& Co. (Chartered Accountants) where
he was Manager – Professional Import Duty
Administration (P.I.D.A.). He worked with Messrs
Olusola Adekanola & Co., S. S. Afemikhe & Co.
Kehinde Kassim& co. Firms of Chartered Accountants
as Consultant, Senior Audit Supervisor and Tax partner
respectively. He became the Managing Partner of Tele
Ogunjobi & Co. (Chartered Accountants) in 2000. He is
presently the Assurance and Advisory Partner to the
