The following classes are REQUIRED classes. These classes MUST be passed with a “D” or
better in order to be promoted to the next grade.

• 6th grade students currently in ALP Language
and or math. Will be put in the same classes in
Junior High.
• Students must have a qualifying COGAT score in
Verbal, Quantitative, Nonverbal
• Students must take COGAT at Elem. School.
Check with your elementary to see when they
are having their final honors test for the year.
GrJHS Bell Schedule
•First bell (warning bell) – 8:03 am, in seats by
8:08 am
•Dismissal bell rings at 3:10 pm
•Each class period is 47 minutes long
•Passing periods are 4 minutes long
•Lunch is 30 minutes long
•You will have 7 class periods, 1 Advisory Period
(33 minutes long)

•Personal Responsibility In Daily Efforts
•Every student receives a PRIDE planner, is a
calendar and organizer
•Earn 9th hour if you are
•Tardy to class
•Did not complete HW
•Do not have materials for class (pen,
pencil, paper)
•Stay after school until 3:45 pm (9th hour
is 3:14 – 3:44)

White-Out 101.5, it is a Grizzly PTRO Fundraiser
Tuesday, February 25th at the GrJHS gym, your
Grizzly staff will play basketball against the 101.5
DJ’s. Game starts at 6:00 pm!
Food Trucks will be here serving food, starting at
5:00 pm, make it a dinner and game night!
T-shirts are $10.00, pre-sale tickets are $3.00 or
tickets the night of the game are $5.00. Shirts
are on sale in our LIBRARY tonight!
