• Process:
• Manage event content from a centralized home page
• Invite customers to your events
• Conduct your events, approx. 1 hour
• Distribute content quiz to all attendees
• Payoff:
• One presentation – Multiple customers (Lower cost-of-sales  improved profitability)
• Time spent on preparation and scheduling events is reduced significantly

Overview
The new Schneider Electric Lunch & Learn Series streamlines
and simplifies the Lunch and Learn event process:
Automate Key Tasks:
– Material Preparation: Select a topic from a list of pre-packaged courses
– Invitation emails are pre-formatted and automatically sent from the tool – you
simply provide the contact information
– You can choose to let guests self-register rather than keying the information
yourself
– Your event home page lets you easily see who has or has not accepted your
event invitation
– Events can be re-scheduled or cancelled by simply clicking a button
– After you confirm attendance, each guest is automatically sent a quiz which
he/she must complete to receive credit
