Selection Process
Narrowing down the applicant pool to roughly 25
The process would start first by examining all the résumés to see if the applicant meets all
of the minimum requirements for this job. All applications that meet these requirements will be
moved over to the next phase. All applications that don’t will be shredded and an email will be
sent to the applicant informing him/her that they will no longer be considered. Next, all
applications will be checked for any added qualifications, such as a Producers licenses for the
State of Louisiana.
Narrowing down the application pool to roughly 15-10
The process would continue with an overall examination of the applicant and a phone
interview. The exam will address all requirements, such as dependable transportation. Any added
benefits of the applicant will be noted, such as a smart phone or portable pad. The job would be
explained to the applicant and they will be given a chance to ask any questions about the job.
They will also submit an application for the position. They will be asked if they can perform the
duties of this job, with or without reasonable accommodations.
Narrowing down the application pool to roughly 10-8
The process would include the first in person interview. This gives the interviewer the
opportunity to address the applicants overall appearance and personality. This opportunity will
help the interviewer decide if the applicant is a good fit for the position, organization, and
culture. A series of questions and scenario’s will be asked and the applicant’s answers will be
graded on a 1-5 scale to decide if he/she will advance to the next phase, the final phase. The
applicant will also go through a quick, thorough simulation that involves customer approaches
and phone calls.
The final interview
The process would include narrowing down the choices to the applicant that is hired. The
process will include an interview with the regional coordinator. From there the applicants will be
asked to submit to a drug test and background check. From there all final considerations will be
made before the decision of who to hire is made.
