“Success” is defined as helping students transfer
and graduate.
Eliminate reliance on static, printed transfer
agreements.
Transfer agreements should involve the multiple
entities impacting students.
Successful transfer programs should benefit all so
they will be supported, promoted and sustained.




Community Colleges provide students with the
associate degree and the first two years of the
bachelor’s degree.
u.select is used to facilitate transfer advising to
effectively and efficiently assist students in
achieving their educational goals.
Baccalaureate institutions build on that
foundation to provide the students a degree in
their chosen major.
Student is the beneficiary.
