Take Cornell notes on the various abuses of
the Roman Catholic Church in 1500. Be sure
to define the following terms: heresy,
indulgences, tithe, relics
CHOICE ACTIVITIES – PICK ONE (due by Thursday 10/3)
Describe the corruption of the Roman
Catholic Church in the sixteenth century, and
explain what you think is the WORST abuse
of these was, and why. Answer 2 READY
paragraphs.
Draw a political cartoon with a caption of at
least 4 sentences that explains what you think
is the WORST abuse of the RCC in 1500.
This cartoon should be colored in and more
than stick figures, and only ONE picture. You
are not telling a story, but should be a satire of
the RCC. A satire pokes fun with the point of
criticizing a social problem.
