files) should be provided directly to the Exhibition Styling Department for approval prior to submitting the application form 2.77-79.
The additional equipment is rendered only to the companies who constructed their booths by LLC Messe-Design. All equipment can be
only let for temporary use. The above-mentioned prices include transportation, assembling and dismantling of equipment. Individual
work, graphic arts and other services not included in the list are added to the invoice separately depending on the time and material
required.
The present form is an integral part of contract-application (Form 1).

Booth plan
Scale: 1 square = 1 sq.m.
*Additional equipment order is not valid without the drawn up booth plan, confirmed by the Organizing Committee of the
Exhibition in written form.
The Exhibitor is obliged to draw up the above-mentioned booth plan and send it no later than a month before the Exhibition. The
Organizer has the right to construct the booth at will in case the Exhibitor has not submitted the booth plan by the stipulated date. For
booth replanning the Exhibitor is charged by 60 % of equipment cost on the day of payment.
