Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) and industrial control systems from cyberattack. We provide specialty security technologies to major energy companies, power companies and government security agencies for the cyber protection of critical applications such as public water systems, oil pipelines and transportation systems.

Position Description:

The person in this position is familiar with the industrial markets and is able to develop and execute marketing programs that will increase awareness and drive sales of the Tofino

Industrial Security Solution. Focus is on web and social media based inbound marketing to support sales teams. Initially resources and budgets are low and the challenge is to create a high impact in the industrial automation market with these restraints. As the business grows, this person is able to scale programs and systems to meet increased business demands.

Responsibilities include:

Creating and executing the annual marketing plan and budget

Managing the development and execution of inbound marketing programs. This includes management of the weekly blogging program, social media activity, and electronic content development for lead nurturing.

Managing the upgrade of the Tofino website ( www.tofinosecurity.com

) to meet evolving business requirements and provide an improved user experience. Goals include improved architecture for content access, improved SEO, better integration with social media activities/lead nurturing and improved integration with our SalesForce CRM.

Completion and management of the Tofino lead-generation system (in cooperation with the

Tofino sales team) and creation of a marketing effectiveness reporting system.

Evaluating, designing and implementing key integration projects between our core sales/marketing systems. These systems include web content management (Drupal), CRM

(SalesForce.com), the Tofino License Management System and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot.

Creating a system to manage the development of product collateral, application notes, white papers, case studies and other marketing materials for lead nurturing, 3 rd party publication and for OEM partners.

Planning, creating and coordinating product launches with both Belden central marketing and major OEM partners.

Managing the development and execution of outbound marketing programs such as speaking opportunities at conferences and trade shows.

Working with the head of Sales to develop materials and programs that support sales efforts and targets. A particular goal is the creation of a Tofino System Integrator program, including partner policies and programs, training materials, videos, SI partner collateral and

SI support pages on the website.

Collaborating with OEM customers and SI partners around the world on joint marketing and sales activities. A particular focus is the creation of joint collateral and media opportunities.

Leveraging Belden initiatives and corporate resource/teams to help achieve Tofino Security objectives.

Supporting the creation of a strong sales network within the Hirschmann and Belden organizations. This includes managing content creation for training materials, videos, white papers and new product literature.

Participating in cross-Belden marketing and sales initiatives such as developing a security vision and messages for the corporation.

Managing the Tofino web management, CRS and technical writing staff, and continuously developing their skills.

Coordinating Tofino existing relationships with press and media and to generate positive media coverage for Tofino Security and its products. Creating stronger media relations in

Asia.

Working with analyst groups to position the company and its technology as the leader in industrial cyber security solutions.

Contributing to company planning, strategy and management.

Skills required include:

Experience in senior marketing and leadership positions at fast growing software technology companies.

Skills in all areas of the marketing mix, focusing on new elements such as social media marketing and content-based inbound marketing.

Proven track record in integrating and managing CRM, web site development and lead nurturing systems (Experience with Drupal, SalesForce and HubSpot a definite asset).

Experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the industrial automation sector.

Ability to build business value with limited marketing budgets.

Capable of scaling up and adapting marketing programs as revenues increase.

Gifted at working productively with partner organizations (i.e. OEMs and SIs) and with the corporate and regional groups within Belden.

Educational Requirements:

 A Bachelor’s degree and an MBA are ideal.
