Request for Proposal for 2016 ATD Lincoln Programs The mission of the ATD Lincoln chapter is to enhance members' abilities to train, develop and support clients, organizations, and our associated communities. Survey results from our chapter members indicate a strong need for professional development for advanced training professionals, consultants, training managers, and those responsible for overall talent development in their organizations. Programs provided will give an opportunity for members to network, share ideas and reconnect with the training industry. Information covered should provide key takeaways for members to apply to their individual business needs. Proposal must be submitted using the Request for Proposal (RFP) form below. 2. If submitting more than one proposal, please complete a separate Request for Proposal form for each. 3. Refrain from selling from the podium during your presentation/facilitation. 4. All RFPs must be received no later than two months before the planned/available event date. 5. Only proposals meeting these guidelines will be included in the review process. Page 1 of 5 Timeframe The 2016 programs will run from January through November, and will be held on the third Thursday of each month, generally located at the Jack J. Huck Continuing Education Center just south of 68th & “O” Streets at 301 S. 68th St. Place. We will hold a combination of morning and lunch-hour programs. Each program will be scheduled according to the availability of the speaker and best fit of topic determined by our Programming Committee. Each monthly program is 1.5 hours in length which includes networking time and a one-hour presentation that includes time for activity and questions. Based on topic and membership needs, a two- or three-hour workshop may be provided after the one-hour program. All participants will be sent a survey after the completion of the program and feedback will be shared with the presenter(s). Morning Program time: 7:30-9:00 am.
