January 2012 - The Year of Alignment and Promises Fulfilled!
From New Years Eve through now we have felt the shift of Holy Spirit as we moved from
transition into new alignments that demonstrate unity. The Word of the Lord is coming forth
powerfully from all streams of the church and the prophetic voices that this is a year for us to be
in place. We are to function with authority as legislative representatives and Kingdom citizens.
We are to remain constant in focused prayer so that we fulfill Jesus instruction and pray to our
Father that His Kingdom would come and His will would be done on earth as it is in heaven and
in all areas of endeavor.
New Years Eve and day with Matt Sorger were a demonstration of these things hundreds
gathered representing many different congregations to eat together, worship, receive and share
communion. God’s goodness and mercy was proclaimed and affirmed as some came to
salvation. The gospel of the kingdom was affirmed in demonstration and power in Holy Spirit as
some were healed and others set free from oppression of the evil one. How great is our God.
Night and day over the weekend Jesus continue to manifest His presence as savior, healer,
deliverer and King of Kings.
Tuesday evening Mike and Cindy Jacobs and Dutch Sheets launched the Reformation Prayer
Network in Washington DC. Once again hundreds gathered from many different congregations
to usher in a new season and begin to step into proper alignment so that the Ecclesia can conduct
the Father’s business. Dutch released a powerful message demonstrating the need for the people
of God to embrace our position in the family of God but to rise with fresh vision and
understanding about what it means function governmentally as the Ecclesia. The launch included
a Fast Forward call to fasting and prayer for 21 days starting January 2. We have attached the 21
Day Prayer Guide for you. Ecclesia is a word that refers to legislative or governmental body. We
are indeed the family of God but we are Ambassadors, kingdom citizens and an army.
Ezekiel 37 speaks of the dry bones. The Word of the Lord came and the bones came together and
became a mighty army. That is happening in 2012 for the people of God. It is corporate unity but
it is also personal. Saturday night at The Gate, Lynnie Harlow will unpack a word Holy Spirit
downloaded this week called “The Sacrifice of Promise". As Abraham was about to go up the
mountain with Isaac he said to the two men with him, "Stay here with the donkey; the lad and I
will go yonder and worship and we will come back to you". 2012 is a year of promises coming
back to us. Abraham had faith God would provide for his promise, Isaac. While they were going
up one side of the mountain his promise was coming up the other side. 2012 is a year to grab
hold of your promises and partner with the truth of God's word for your life. It's a year of
resurrection of promises that have become like dry bones. Can these bones live! YES THEY
CAN! Will the promises God has made come to pass? YES THEY WILL!
October – 2012 Fresh Revelation into a Kingdom Key
In the past month or more The Gate meetings have been very strategic with different leaders
bringing fresh revelation and insight in the areas of kingdom living, seed harvest, spiritual
warfare and more. The gatherings have included specific steps to be taken both individually and
corporately to see the manifestation of heaven on earth and the fulfillment of prayer: “Your
Kingdom come and your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.”
Declarations of His will and implementation strategic action steps have resulted in changes
locally and globally.
I have had several experiences in the past month that appear to be Holy Spirit speaking to all of
us about this season we are in. Weeks ago I was driving the few miles from home to The Gate.
Like most people doing something they have done many times my mind was engaged in other
thoughts. Suddenly, I realized I was completely lost. I did not recognize the streets, the trees, the
houses or land marks. Holy Spirit said clearly: “If you keep doing the same things in the same
way you will become lost.” I understood that my walk with God cannot be or become rote or
automatic. I must be intentional in my relationship with Him.
About a week later I was asleep and suddenly the most brilliant light I have ever experienced
was in my face and my eyes but the source of the light was behind me. I turned to see and in the
headboard was a key hole and out of it poured this incredible light. It was the light of His glory
and it totally surrounded me on all sides. Holy Spirit said clearly: “I am going to reveal to you
Fresh Revelation of the Keys of the Kingdom.” I understood immediately that this encounter was
connected to the previous experience and that both applied to all of us. We are to be focused and
intentional and He will bring Fresh Revelation for the new day.
This is the living word for us as a people. A few weeks ago the Lord spoke prophetically during
worship saying “I am not waiting any longer.” We can no longer beg God to move or think that
we are waiting for Him. He is moving. It is as if we were Israelites in the desert. The pillar of fire
would arise and from tent to tent and tribe to tribe the shout would be heard. “God is arising and
His enemies are scattering” The people would kick down their tents and pack quickly to move
with God as the cry echoed throughout the camp. The Fresh Revelation that has been coming at
The Gate is like that cry: God is arising and His enemies are scattering.
If you hear it I encourage you to kick down your tent and stop doing what you are doing the
same way you have been doing it in the past. We are a people with eyes to see, ears to hear, and
hearts of understanding. We are Kingdom citizens who are to legislate from heaven until we see
His kingdom on earth as it is in heaven. We are to see the invisible, hear the inaudible and do the
impossible. Seasons have changed. The Lion of Judah has roared. Let us press into the heart of
God for Fresh Revelation and Keys of the Kingdom.
