The Braddon Business Centre and the Cradle Coast
Innovation Incorporated will provide low cost small
business advisory services to the north and west coast
regions of Tasmania. This ASBAS project will be delivered
by business advisors who have considerable knowledge,
experience and professional networks in these
communities. The business advisors will help small
business operators become more responsive and resilient
to ever-changing opportunities and pressures within their
local economy and as a consequence of the recent
downsizing and closures of large manufacturers. This
project will conduct multi-enterprise small group
workshops, followed by customised change management
planning sessions, change coaching and referrals.

will be delivered through mobile services by locally
employed business advisors who understand the

will conduct a number of workshops specifically tailored

will assist small business operators to grow their business
by increasing their delivery of services and/or products,
