As a rising senior at the Rutgers Business School in New Brunswick with a 3.7 GPA, I
have studied a wide variety of coursework that encompasses all the necessary
foundational skills to prepare me for the professional world. In addition to this classroom
training, I also had the opportunity to gain relevant, practical work experience through a
six-month, 40-hour per week Co-Op with Janssen Pharmaceuticals from January to July
2014. My experience in a client-facing role among industry professionals in a top
pharmaceutical company fine-tuned my communication skills and allowed me to develop
technical proficiency with popular business software and analytical tools. Lastly, the
combination of working full time while attending school and participating on the
University’s Men’s Ice Hockey team has given me a truly unique appreciation for time
management and working with others.
As the position with you is predominantly in sales, I am confident I can make a
meaningful impact in this role. I have excellent presentation and interpersonal skills and
have years of experience working collaboratively on teams. This program is designed for
full immersion in MillerCoor’s culture and history to develop a robust appreciation for its
