The Supervisor can then move calls around within the group, or to other groups that have been setup within the IP Office. Call Control allows the agent to change then agents status, for example log them into the group at busy times, and also drop them into a call if the agent needs any assistance. Detailed Historical reporting Evolve allows the supervisor to run detailed reports on the inbound and outbound call activity. The reports can be run on an add hock basis, or automated and emailed out to various staff members. Evolve can connect to the award winning RecordX Voice Recording software. If RecordX is installed then any recorded calls can be searched for, and played back via Evolve. This will then also allow the supervisor to search for, and playback the calls via a compatible mobile device or tablet. Project Planning – Our first step is to arrange for an installation planner to be sent to you. This is to establish that the equipment you have in place matches the requirements for the software to be installed.
