Case Study Company A
Company A is implementing Oracle Clinical. They

have Clinical model documents. It’s July, and the

the system to a trained workforce of 3,000 users
across muliple sites including Singapore and
Ireland.

need an OU instructor to develop and deliver
customized training to end users. It’s July 15, and

Company C is 60 days from going live on
Financials. They have several hundred
employees doing journal entries. Some of these
employees enter the same type of journal entry
over and over again. The original end user
training plan called for 1-2 days of ILT for each
employee.
