ELIGIBILITY: The “Legendary Holiday Giveaway” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the
states of Missouri and Kansas who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. The Sweepstakes is subject to all
applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees
of Legends Outlets and its merchants and restaurants Legends Outlets Kansas City, Sponsors and their respective
parent companies, divisions, affiliates and subsidiaries, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent,
children and siblings, and their respective spouses) regardless of where they live and household members (whether
related or not) are ineligible to participate.
SPONSORS: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Legends Outlets Kansas City in partnership with RED Development
and Oxford Communications (“Sponsors”).
AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: By entering the Sweepstakes, the entrant fully and unconditionally accepts
these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsors, which are final and binding. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling
all requirements set forth herein.
ENTRY PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins November 21, 2011 at 12:01 a.m. and ends December 24, 2011 at 11:59
p.m. (the “Sweepstakes Entry Period”). Completed entries must be received one day prior to set drawing date, as
outlined below.
ENTRANTS REPRESENTATIONS: By submitting a completed entry form, the entrant represents that all information
is correct to the best of their knowledge. By presenting or submitting false information, entrants will be disqualified.
HOW TO ENTER:
1. Text the phrases below to 77950 from your mobile phone during the Sweepstakes Period and you will
automatically be entered into the Sweepstakes.

2. Text messaging method of entry requires 2-way text messaging capable phone and digital service. Text
messaging is not available in all areas in the U.S and is not available on all phones. Your mobile devices
number will be recorded. You may opt out of future text messages and alerts by following the instructions
provided in the confirmation text. Opting out will not affect your chance of winning this sweepstakes.
Important Notice: If you send or receive text messages from your wireless phone, your wirelessservice provider may charge you for each text message you send and receive. Please consult your
wireless-service provider regarding its pricing plans. Participant will be solely responsible for all costs
associated with placing and receiving a text message. Entries must be received by the Entry Deadline.
3. Print your actual name and residential address (as it appears on your driver’s license or government
identification) (no P.O. boxes), telephone number and date of birth on a 3x5 card. Send a self-addressed
stamped envelope containing the 3x5 card to Oxford Communications c/o Legendary Holiday Giveaway
Sweepstakes – Entry, 11 Music Mountain Blvd. Lambertville, NJ 08530. Entries must be received by the
Free Entry Deadline. Entry forms must be in English, legible and completed in full to be valid. Only one (1)
individual’s name may be each entry form and only one entry form per envelope. Only one (1) entry per
unique phone number will be entered. Each mail-in request must be mailed separately. No mechanical
reproductions permitted.
No Automated Entries. You must fill out your own entry form without the use of any automated sweepstakes entry
filling services or form filling services. The use of any automated, programmed, robotic or similar system to enter is
prohibited and will result in disqualification. Entries filled out by anyone other than you will be disqualified. Auto
entries prohibited.
All entries submitted become the exclusive property of Legends Outlets Kansas City and its Sponsors.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:
Winners will be selected in five random drawings. A representative of the Sponsors will randomly select winners from
all eligible entry forms received on the designated drawing dates outlined below.

Mailed entries will be combined prior to random drawing. Entries that are incomplete or contain false information will
be disqualified.
Sponsors will attempt to notify the potential winners of their selection in writing via email and/or US Mail, within seven
(7) business days of drawing. The selected entrants are ineligible, not in compliance with these rules, unreachable,
unable or unwilling to attend the selected prize event, unable or unwilling to claim their prize or fail to respond within
seven (7) business days of notification as a potential winner, they will be disqualified and an alternate entrant may be
selected in a separate random drawing.
Upon contacting a potential winner and determining that he/she has met all eligibility requirements of the Promotion,
including without limitation the execution of required waivers, publicity and liability releases and disclaimers, as
required by Sponsors, such individual will be declared a “winner” of the Promotion. The prize will be mailed to the
address provided by the winner within thirty (30) days of being declared a winner.
Except where prohibited by law, entry and acceptance of prize constitute permission to use winner's name, prize
won, hometown, likeness, video tape, photographs, and statements for purposes of advertising, promotion and
publicity (including online posting) in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity,
without additional compensation, notification or permission..
Winner acknowledges that the Official Sponsor and all other businesses affiliated with this Sweepstakes and their
agents do not make, nor are in any manner responsible for any warranty, representations, expressed or implied, in
fact or in law, relative the quality, conditions, fitness or merchantability of any aspect of the prize being offered,
except that if a merchandise prize is involved, it shall be subject to its manufacturer’s standard warranty (if any).
ODDS: The odds of being selected as a potential winner are dependent on the number of eligible entries received.
PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (ARV):
Five (5) $500 Legends Outlets, Kansas City Gift Cards
Prizes are not redeemable for cash or credit. Prizes are not assignable or transferable. No substitution is permitted
except by Sponsor if prize is unavailable, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Gift cards
are subject to the standard terms set by the issuer. All taxes, fees and any incidentals and other expenses not
specified herein, including without limitation, all federal, state, local and income taxes, associated with the prizes and
receipt thereof are the sole responsibility of the prize winners. Limit of one prize per person, family or household from
each drawing.
Total ARV of all prizes: $2500.00
CONDITIONS: By entering the Sweepstakes, potential winners agree that Legends Outlets Kansas City, its Sponsors
and their respective parent companies, divisions, affiliates and subsidiaries, and each of their directors, officers,
employees, agents, representatives, successors, assigns and all others associated with the development and
execution of this Sweepstakes shall not be held liable for any injuries, losses or damages, including death, resulting
from participation in this Sweepstakes or prize acceptance. All contestants, as a condition of entry into the
Sweepstakes, agree to release Legends Outlets Kansas City and its Sponsors from and against any and all liability,
claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages and/or losses of any kind arising directly or indirectly
from participation in this Sweepstakes or with the receipt, ownership, use or misuse of any prize awarded or for any
typographical, technical, printing or any other error in these Official Rules or with the announcement of or offering of
any prize. The winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to their prize after it has been delivered.
You are not a winner unless and until (A) your entry is received (upon Sponsor’s request), (B) you have fully
complied with the Official Rules and (C) all verification and award processes have been completed. Acceptance of
prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use winner’s name and/or likeness for purposes of
advertising and promotion in any medium, without further compensation, except as prohibited by law.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY: BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, YOU HEREBY AGREE THAT IN NO EVENT
WILL QUICK CHEK OR ANY SPONSOR OR ANY OTHER RELEASEE BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR, AND
YOU HEREBY RELEASE THEM FROM, ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, ACTIONS, DAMAGES, LOSSES, COSTS,
EXPENSE OR LIABILITY OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL
INJURIES AND/OR DEATH, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES,
AND COUNSEL FEES AND COURT COSTS) ARISING OR RESULTING FROM ANYTHING RELATING TO:





THE PRODUCTION, SWEEPSTAKES, ADMINISTRATION OR EXECUTION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES
(OR YOUR PARTICIPATION IN IT);
CANCELLATION, MODIFICATION OR RESCHEDULING OF ANY ASPECT OF THE SWEEPSTAKES;
USE OF ANY WEB SITE(S) RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES OR MATERIALS ON THE WEB SITE;
ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, MISUSE, OR NONUSE OF THE PRIZE; OR
PARTICIPATING IN OR TRAVELING TO ANY SWEEPSTAKES-RELATED ACTIVITY.
“RELEASEES” MEANS LEGENDS OUTLETS, SPONSOR, ALL SWEEPSTAKES PARTIES, SWEEPSTAKES
PROVIDERS AND ALL OF THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, SHAREHOLDERS, DIRECTORS AND
AGENTS.
LIMITATIONS: Neither Sponsor nor any other Releasee is responsible for:
 lost, late, damaged, incomplete, illegible, stolen, misdirected, or postage due mail, shipping or email;



any website, computer, telephone, satellite, cable, network, Internet or other equipment, electronics,
software, service, transmission, connection, processing or other errors, failures, congestion, accessibility or
availability issues;
unauthorized access, tampering, hacking, theft or destruction; or
other technical or human error in the receipt or processing of entries, or other submissions (whether to or
from) or otherwise related to the production, promotion, administration or execution of the Sweepstakes.
TAMPERING/VIOLATIONS/DISRUPTION: Sponsor may, in its sole determination, disqualify any person it believes
may be tampering with the entry or other operation of the Sweepstakes or acting in violation of the Official Rules, in a
non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE
SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO
SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON OR ENTITY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
CANCELLATION/MODIFICATION: Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the
Sweepstakes or modify the Sweepstakes or Official Rules if the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as Sponsor
planned for any reason (including, but not limited to, due to tampering, unauthorized intervention, computer virus,
fraud, technical or human error or any other causes which Sponsor, in its sole opinion, deems could corrupt or affect
the administration, security, fairness, integrity or intended conduct of this Sweepstakes or amendment and/or
adoption of new or existing laws and/or regulations regarding the administration, operation or any other aspect of the
Sweepstakes in any jurisdiction).
MOBILE PHONE ACCOUNT HOLDER: In case of dispute as to the identity of a text message entrant, entry will be
declared by the authorized account holder of the mobile telephone number. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined
as the natural person who is assigned a mobile telephone number by the wireless carrier or as shown on the carrier’s
records.
NO PRIZE WARRANTY: WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, ALL PRIZES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS"
WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE
IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NONINFRINGEMENT.
SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL
OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES. CHECK YOUR LOCAL LAWS. SOME OF THE
ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY.
WAIVER: By entering this Sweepstakes, participant waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, direct, indirect
and/or consequential damages, attorneys’ fees or any damage other than actual out-of-pocket costs that may arise in
connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession and use of any prize.
DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, causes of action arising out of
or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of
class action and exclusively by the courts of the State of Kansas. By entering, the entrant further agrees that this
Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
SWEEPSTAKES ADMINISTRATION: Administrator is responsible for the collection, submission and processing of
entries and the overall administration and execution of the Sweepstakes. Entrants should look solely to Administrator
at its above address with any questions, comments or problems related to the Sweepstakes.

received by March 1, 2012.
PRIVACY: By entering and providing the required entry information, entrants acknowledge that the Sponsors may
also send information, samples or special offers it believes may be of interest to entrant, or other information or
goods offered by their marketing partners.
