2. How To Enter Without Using the Big Book of Savings Entry Form : Print on a 3x5 card, your complete name (First, Last), include email address complete street address (no P.O. boxes), including city, state, zip code and daytime & evening telephone number* where you would like to be contacted in reference to this Sweepstakes. Mail entry in a self-addressed stamped envelope to:

19066. Entries must be received and postmarked by April 30 th 2015. No mechanically reproduced entries accepted. One entry per stamped envelope.
Illegible or incomplete entries are void.
3. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the states of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware and Maryland who are18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees of participating vendors companies Acme Markets, ROMYCO LLC and Vendor persons living in the same household, and the families of each. Void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws apply.
4. DRAWING: A random drawing will be held on or about May 8 th , by ROMYCO
LLC, from among all eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified by mail or phone from
May 8th – May 15 th , 2015. Potential winners will need to respond within twentyfour hours of notification or an alternate winner will be chosen. All winners must complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability form. No substitution, transfer of prize or cash equivalent of prize permitted. By entering sweepstakes, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor which shall be final in all matters.
5. PRIZES: 1 Grand Prize: $500 Gift Card to Acme Markets (value $500). Prizes are non-transferable to any other person, including relatives or friends. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes associated with the prize, and any other expenses not specifically mentioned herein.
Winners are responsible for transportation to and from Acme Markets and parking expenses, if any. The winner list will be available after 5/17/15; to request

a copy, send a separate, self-addressed, stamped (#10) envelope to: ROMYCO

6. CONDITIONS: Sponsors and Promotional Participants are not responsible if any performance is delayed or cancelled for reasons beyond their control. By entering, entrant agrees to abide by and be bound to these Official Rules and all ticket-holder rules and policies, and to hold harmless and indemnify Sponsor and
Promotional Participants and each of their respective officers, directors, partners, members, shareholders, owners, employees, agents, parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies against any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described) with respect to or arising out of either (I ) entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes, or (ii) the receipt or use of the prize awarded in the Sweepstakes. No responsibility is assumed for technical, electronic, telephone, hardware, software, network computer or data transmission errors, malfunctions or difficulties of any kind; incomplete or illegible entries; lost, untimely, undelivered or mis-delivered mail.
For purposes of determining eligibility and awarding prizes, entries are mailed.
In consideration for being awarded a prize, each winner hereby agrees and consents, without further authorization, compensation or remuneration of any kind, to the use of winner’s name and/or likeness in any and all advertising, promotions and other publicity conducted by Sponsor or Promotional
Participants. In the event of fraud, misconduct or technical failures that destroy the integrity of the Sweepstakes or if a computer virus, bug or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security or proper administration as determined by Sponsor/s or Promotional Participant, Sponsor and Promotion
Participant reserves the right, each in its sole discretion to cancel or modify this
Sweepstakes or to disqualify any individual feared to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be found acting in violation of the official rules, or to undermine legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes.
Sweepstakes are subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Sweepstakes void where prohibited or restricted by law.
