Speakers:
MICHAEL WILMOTH (Chief Operating Officer) Mr. Wilmoth has responsibility for all operational and
client service functions. His efforts encompass both the inner workings in the organization as well as
the service delivery model. He has over 20 years of experience in the operational aspect of
healthcare delivery as well as experience as a lobbyist, litigator and legal editor. Mr. Wilmoth also
has extensive experience within the workers compensation, liability claims and insurance denials
aspect of the revenue cycle which add a strong central core to compliment the company’s mission.
DAVID MERCIER (Client Director – Liability Services) Mr. Mercier has responsibility for all
operational activities associated with Liability Services. Mr. Mercier has 20 years of claims
experience with progressively increased responsibility. As part of his experience, Mr. Mercier was
responsible for managing the bill review vendor for a national workers’ compensation carrier. In
addition, Mr. Mercier has five years of experience with managing outsourced liability claim handling
for hospitals
