 At the start my work is a Data Entry Operator at the Material Control
Department. My job includes making the daily report update of the
materials that are going in and out of the site store based on the delivery
notes send by the store personnel. After updating the report I will send it to
the corresponding persons within the company. We are also making the
Material Request of some urgent materials needed on the store and on
the different sites. We are also doing the document filling job.
 After a year I was being promoted for a Secretarial Job on Procurement
Division, Tendering Department. My job includes preparing the invitation
for different company to bid for a certain job on the project that we are
working. After the certain bidder has been choose, I will now prepare the
Work Order for the job on the chosen bidder using our Oracle System.
Those orders include the work description, the job starting and finish
dates, the job conditions, the payment terms and the total amount which
they have to pay. We are also doing the document filling job.
