The purpose of my role is to ensure the successful implementation, future strategy and development of
the Bank’s BPM (Appian) and web/digital (Oracle WebCenter Sites) platforms. The role also includes
responsibility for managing projects and programs, design and development of bespoke functionality
and integration with other bank applications and systems.
To

achieve this I perform a combination of the following roles:

and support of the Bank’s composite applications, web and digital platforms.

 Delivered four corporate website redesign and two Intranet redesign projects on two different web
content management platforms (Documentum and Oracle WebCenter Sites)
 Established Appian platform Support and Development Centre of Excellence (six cloud and onpremise BPM applications with 10,000+ internal and external users (first European implementation
of Appian in 2005)
 Set up SDLC processes for my team and integrated them into the Bank’s change and configuration
management processes
