Integrated Quality Assurance into the complete life cycle activity, assured requirements and testing
linked throughout the development lifecycle and requirements are accurate and testable, designed test
cases to verify that the system or software meets the requirements. Led, modified coded and tested,
new enhancements and changes to the entire project worked at Safeco such as:
 Performed extensive research on data for new and renewed policies through database while
analyzed/tested complex “Automated Underwriting Platform Business Intelligence Reporting
system”. This system consisted of 5 modules and several interfaces with relational database using
SQL and .NET platform. Interaction with business users and business analysts to share results
combined with detailed testing to assure a bug free reports and software for business user’s
decision making. Responsible for data analysis and testing on complex Business Intelligent online
reports and OLAP cubes including back end relational databases.
 Provided well-structured, documented and maintainable test cases and/or scripts that support the
verification test cycle within the Enterprise Information System Development Lifecycle and for
Automated Regression Testing. Performed End-To-End testing.
 Sorted priorities, developed and executed SQL queries for accessing database for troubleshooting
and resolving issues.
 Coordinated and managed small projects; acted as a source of direction and information regarding
a new revised relational database into MS SQL server.
 Lead QA for two vendor software applications: PeopleSoft Financials (Purchasing, Accounts
Payable, Asset Management, General Ledger modules) and “Safeco Travel & Expense Reports”
(Concur Technology).
 Collaborated and mentored off-shore QA analyst for “Safeco Imaging system” while outsourced
to off-shore. Tested new automated module which connected EDI transferred images/data to
Safeco system. Coordinated with off-shore programmers and quality assurance analyst to identify
test data for their testing and assurance of data quality and integrity.
 Analyst responsible for integration and transferring Safeco financial data into liberty Mutual
financial system. Project completed with success and met the due date.
 Developed training documents for business users during user acceptance testing (UAT).
