organization around Pahang.
-cultural differences between organizations
-project team members are typically part of different
subcultures.

Communication
- transmission of the information from a person or group to another
person or group.

Interpersonal communication skill
- conversation of two person ( face-to-face ) to achieve some
independent goal.

Conflict
-Expressed struggle between two or more interdependent parties
perceiving goals, scarce resources, and interference from other in
achieving their goals.

Project team
- An interdependent collection of individuals who work together
towards a common goal and who share responsibility for specific
outcomes of their organization.



