24 X 7 connectivity always through two ISPs – collectively
providing 8 MBPS connectivity at Bangalore office

Nexus Analog Engine and Call Confine Controller are used to
record all outgoing calls from our tele call centres and save on
local servers immediately
•
All calls made in all call centres are transferred through 4MBPS
ISP connection to our FTP server
•
All CATI and CAPI calls made from our offices are uploaded to
client / our data collection portal on a real time basis
•
We have 24/7 server uptime in Bangalore with dedicated UPS
IT staff at AZR works 24x7 to ensure zero failure of our servers, networks, computers and
connectivity to ensure that we are always connected

We have two centralised secured data servers in Bangalore –
one of these is FTP Server in Bangalore and the other is not
connected and is an archive server

Additionally we utilize one web server in Dallas
•
We use our dedicated FTP server with password protection for
upload/ download of all audio recordings of interviews done
and other large files
•
6 months post a project delivery, all relevant files are
archived in our archive server
•
Our servers are encrypted and are safe from any
unauthorized access
No unauthorized access to any server or computers is permitted to ensure complete safety of
all the data in our custody

At AZR we follow the principle of having processes and protocols to ensure that quality of
data collection and data analysis is above acceptance level. However, at the same time, we
also believe in keeping checks in place to continually assess the quality of the data

calls randomly selected respondents from a
central call centre at Bangalore.

These respondents are asked some key
questions to check the interview was
conducted and was conducted with correct
profile and lasted for the expected time. This is
done for every project.

Feedback from this is sent directly to CFO and the field teams are incentivized /
penalized on every project basis the report from the audit department
•
This is regularly conducted on every project and has overtime brought up our
fieldwork quality assurance to impeccable levels. Currently on all projects we see >
95% correct results in our audits
