No boat shoes, sneakers, open-toe shoes (i.e.: Sandals/Flip-Flops)
No see-through blouses, spaghetti straps
Men must wear tie
Travel Tips
Arrive to airport 2 hours prior to your flight departure time
Always arrive to your gate for boarding at minimum 30 minutes prior to
flight departure
Always carry a government issued I.D. and a boarding pass.
Airlines charge a fee starting at $25 for checked baggage
SHPE will not cover this expense
Carry on items are limited to one carry-on bag plus one personal item.
You are allowed one clear quart-sized plastic bag filled with all carry-on
liquids (all liquid containers must be 3 ounces or smaller)
If you have a missed or cancelled flight or connection, go to the
customer service counter or the gate agent at the gate where your
departure was scheduled for. As an alternative, call the booking agent,
Egencia, at 866.397.2677 and find out what your options are (usually
they can rebook you on another flight that day)
Booking Airport Transportation
You must book your own round-trip airport transportation. Please
contact Super Shuttle in advance to arrange your
reservation/transportation to and from the Mineta San Jose
International Airport (SJC) and Marriott Santa Clara. You can book
your reservation online or by phone after you book your flight.
