Tony Zekveld has been appointed by the United Reformed Churches to minister among the South Asian people in the Greater Toronto Area with the ultimate goal of planting a United Reformed Church among our brothers and sisters in Christ there. Rev. Zekveld is specifically sent our by the Covenant Christian Church in Wyoming. Toronto Missions has been part of our church’s mission support for some time. The Lord loves a cheerful giver in the work of His Kingdom. Children that are eligible to attend JK or SK this September 2012, and are not currently attending DCS, are welcome to come and visit. Classes are open on the following Wednesdays: February 22, February 29, and March 7, from 9:00-11:30 a.m. Come for one day or all three mornings. Parents are welcome to stay with their children for class or pick them up at the end of the morning. Children will have an opportunity to participate in singing, reading activities, crafts, gym time. This is an excellent opportunity to explore the classroom and meet the teacher. We ask that each child bring a snack and drink (we are peanut, pistachio & walnut free school!), and their awesome energy. No commitment required.
