Uplands Singers additional information
All secondary years with an enthusiasm for singing and music are invited to be members of Uplands Singers. An ability

Students must take an audition at the beginning of term, where they will be required to perform any piece of your choice,
and to take some basic singing exercises to test intonation and musicality. Please see Miss Thomas as soon as possible at
the beginning of term. Current members and previous members of the Primary Choir need not audition. If you are
successful, you will be expected to commit to a full year’s membership of the choir, as well as to regular performances
both in and out of school.
