Program Overview
The PBSN Mentorship Program enables first year students to maximize their potential in current or future
business studies. It nurtures an environment that enables first year students to gain deeper insight about
vital life skills, prospective career paths and professional development opportunities within Western's
business programs. The program pairs first year students and upper year students with complementing
goals and objectives, allowing opportunities for mutual growth. First year students are able to leverage
from the experiences and learnings of upper year students, while upper year students are presented with
an impactful leadership opportunity.
Program Characteristics:

Receive updates and insider details about upcoming PBSN events.

Learn about external event opportunities related to your academic and career interests.

Be informed about any upcoming important dates including, but not limited to, exams, intent to
register, course registration deadlines and scheduled information sessions.

Get the opportunity to network and closely connect with a 2nd year mentor, 4th year mentor and a
group of like-minded first year students.

Obtain academic, extracurricular and social advice.
