Position: P/T Bilingual Advocate

Description: The ARC program advocates for children and adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities
(I/DD) and their families. They are seeking a part time (20 hour/week) bilingual advocate. The position
requires that the individual manage a caseload of both children and adults with I/DD. Duties will include client
intakes, attendance at meetings and staffings, referrals to other agencies/services, case documentation, as
well as other assigned duties. Education is negotiable with equivalent experience in the human services or
developmental disabilities field. Candidate will need to have some flexibility with their schedule, hours may
vary. Bilingual in English & Spanish is required. Candidate will be expected to have competencies in both
translation and interpretation.
