Colorado National Guard
Position: Light Wheel Vehicle Mechanic
Job Location: Longmont, CO
Description: Supervise and perform unit maintenance and recovery operations on gasoline
and diesel fueled light-wheeled vehicles. If it's on wheels, you'll work on it. After paid training,
you'll be qualified to maintain and repair many vehicle systems and components. Job training
requires 10 weeks of Basic Training, where you learn basic Soldiering skills, and 10 weeks of
Advanced Individual Training (AIT). Part of time is spent in the classroom and part in the field.
Requirements:
