Dear Colleague, The European Environment Agency (EEA), with the assistance of the European Topic Centre on Air and Climate Change, has been working on improvements in the informal data review of the E-PRTR dataset. Amongst these improvements, the EEA is working on the so-called ´incompleteness checks´. We are pleased to send you the draft materials which collect the methods and the results of this exercise. During 2014 we have been working with the air releases. We earmarked in resources for 2015 to continue developing these type of checks also for other media. We would very much appreciate to receive your views on these documents by 16th January. · · Methodology, assessment and Ms Excel containing draft results: http://goo.gl/8ri4x4 This folder contains documentation on the methods followed and summary results in an assessment document and an Excel s/s. Cross-pollutant check tool: http://goo.gl/Uk4X58 This folder contains a tool that can be used by any country to run the check over the national E-PRTR data prior to its submission to CDR. In the folder you can also find the results of this check over the last available E-PRTR dataset. For reference on methods on this check, please refer to the methodology document in the previous folder.
