INTRODUCTION
If you are reading this 30 Day Training Program, then you have already passed your first
2 interviews, your driving record and background criminal history have both checked
out clean and you have the necessary qualifications to drive a commercial vehicle.
You have 30 days from the date of your second interview to complete your 30 Day
Training Program. Good Luck. 

CERTIFICATION OF ROAD TEST
The FMCSA requires a Certification of Road Test be given to each driver of a
commercial Vehicle that transports more than 8 passengers. Upon hire, each applicant
that is hired into the corporation of Entourage Livery, Inc. will need to pass a Road Test.
Upon completion, each applicant will be given a Certification of Road Test and it will
be added to his/her Chauffeur Qualification File.
To start your Road Test Training the process is simple. Call Jon at 401-378-7664 and
schedule a Road Test. Bring a Certification of Road test with you by downloading the
form below. If you pass your road test have your instructor sign and date it and turn it
into the office. We will not give chauffeurs a job without a Certification of Road Test in
their Qualification File.
Because we have multiple cars of different sizes, one Certification of Road Test will be
required per vehicle size. For instance, if you are qualified to drive a 20 passenger you
are not allowed to drive a 30 passenger without having a Certification of Road Test for
a 30 passenger.

THE ART OF CHAUFFEURING
Celebrity Chauffeur offers an online course called The Art of Chauffeuring, which
teaches the true art of chauffeuring, which by definition means “to serve”. The most
valuable players in the Limousine Industry are the guys and girls on the front lines, The
Chauffeurs. That is why it is mandatory to pass this online course for every chauffeur that
is hired at Entourage Limousine.
This course starts out by teaching the Qualifications of a Chauffeur. Once students are
qualified to drive commercial vehicles they are taught the about the basics of
chauffeuring in our online course.

ON ROAD EVALUATIONS
All chauffeurs will have to drive with another chauffeur ON THE JOB, with clients,
as a silent chauffeur in training, so they can see firsthand, how we carry out our
company policies and procedures.
Some chauffeurs, based upon their experience, will pick up on our methods
quickly while others may take a while. The length of training ON THE JOB will be
based upon the evaluation reports that come back.
Once a chauffeur feels that he is ready to go out on his own, and his evaluation
reports come back satisfactory, he/she will be allowed to chauffeur solo,
without a trainer.
For the first 30 days, all chauffeurs will be considered “in training” and follow up
phone calls will be given to all clients that the chauffeur “in training” drives.

SAFETY PERFORMANCE
Chauffeurs will be evaluated on the following safety performance areas during
their 30 Day Training Program:

BUSINESS CARDS
It is mandatory for all chauffeurs to order business cards upon hire. Business cards with
your name and number should be handed to each client when they are let out of your
limousine.
The cost for business cards without your name on them is FREE. However, you will need
to write your name in pen on each one of them and pass them out to each client.
The cost to have your own name and cell phone on them is discounted to $75 for 1,000
full color business cards on 14 point hard stock print with a glossy finish.
If you want the ones with your name and cell phone but cannot afford them, I don’t
mind putting you on a payment plan and taking $20 a week out of your paycheck.
To order business cards with your name on them, you will need a credit card.

30 DAY EVALUATION TEST
A 30 Day Evaluation will be given to every new employee on their 30th day. During the
30 Day Evaluation, chauffeurs will be graded on their score from our online course, The
Art of Chauffeuring. Chauffeurs will also be evaluated on their Certifications of Road
Tests and their On Road Evaluations (Airport, Night Out and Wedding On Road
Evaluation). Based on the On Road Evaluations each chauffeur will be evaluated on
his overall Safety Knowledge and Performance on how to operate a commercial
vehicle.
This 30 Day Evaluation will determine the status of each new employee’s future with
Entourage Livery, Inc.
ANNUAL EVALUATIONS
As required by the FMCSA, all employees must be given an annual evaluation to
determine if they are qualified to continue to drive a Commercial Motor Vehicle. Every
12 months, each driver must submit an Annual Report of Moving Violations with a copy
of a current Driving Record by their local state agency. (DMV) Each driver will also be
evaluated on his work ethics, ability to follow orders, availability, complaints,
compliments and safety performance.
This Annual Evaluation will also determine the status of each new employee’s future
with Entourage Livery, Inc.

the hottest limousines in the World but our most valuable player is our chauffeur. We will
help you make a lot of money. Easy money. And you will help us make a lot of money, if
we make a set of rules and stick to them.

the Chauffeur Guidelines in the Chauffeur Manual of Entourage Livery, Inc and the 30 Day
Program of Entourage Livery this Chauffeur Manual. I warrant that it is my acceptance of
these Terms that constitute the beginning of my employment with Entourage Livery, Inc. I
also understand if I am not consistent in following these Chauffeur Guidelines, my
employment with Entourage Livery, Inc. may be immediately terminated.
